I have a Next account, but we are buying a new house so I have to curtail my spending and hence I am planning on closing it as it is just far too easy to spend too much.
Is there a way of ordering on line and not running an account ? So just order & pay at checkout. It isn't giving me the option just now but am wondering if that is because it knows I have an account.

Have you tried ringing customer services to ask them? I tried this once and it just automatically set up an account, but I do know you can pay for your order straight away so maybe?

I've no idea, but is why I would never have a directory (the old books) because you had to set up an account.
congratulations on the new house. I remember you spending a long time redecorating your girls rooms to fit a chair in the nursery. I hope it fist in the new house!

Yes you can, I can't remember how but I did a few weeks ago to order H some slippers. It also gave me the option to have the directory delivered to which I ticked 'no', but now they keep emailing me to say its on it's way. I hate ordering next online, compared to other shops it's just one big pain in the ass.
