Most cars will only have 'isofix' in 2 seat positions but many 7 or 8 seat cars will have the seatbelts to fit 3, 4 or 5 carseats (with more people having larger families the need is growing).
Generally the cars I would suggest include the Vauxhall Zaffira, Ford Grand C-max, Ford S-max & Ford Galaxy models. Look at the style of the different models & how easy it is to access & manoeuvre the various seating positions, boot space available with the seats in use & go from there. It can be a squeeze getting the 3 seats in alongside eachother but it can be done. Best wishes & happy hunting.

i've got a 2year old, a 9 month old and in 12 weeks will have a newborn. We had a focus but needed something bigger. We got a Renault grand scenic, it fits all 3 car seats across the back seats all with isofix. The boot is huge and fits our double pram and also our single pushchair so i can pick and chose which one i want to use. When the kids get bigger i will be able to take a couple of their friends out 2 as theres the 2 seats in the boot too.
Good luck with your search, we spent ages looking until we were happy
