I have to get a secret Santa present for £5 or less, thinking about baking something, just wondered if anyone had any good receipies that would last me making them a few days in advance, and then time for them to eat them. If anything lasted a few weeks then u could make extra to give family

Raincloud, yes it was my biscotti recipe, it does last for weeks in an airtight tin (if you can resisit eating it all!)
I've made coconut ice and quick chocolate fudge from carnation.co.uk, both dead easy and taste yummy.
Marshmallow keeps a couple of weeks and is quite easy especially if you have a free standing mixer.

After reading this earlier I've just made that fudge that Missus S posted. So easy. And so far tastes yummy (I scraped out the bowl!). Doing a test run before making them for preschool gifts.
