Add yours! I'm nosey as you know...
C woke up at 745, I ended up having to wake A at 830 because I couldn't wait! Had a bacon sarnie while opening presents. All very civilised with Himself, I knew I was leaving around midday so I just got through it. A absolutely love her mobile, she was genuinely surprised!
Drove to Dads with 20 other people and we had the maddest, loudest, funniest Christmas ever!
Hope yours was fabulous xx

Glad you had a good day Beez. I'll add some pics later.
Our Christmas day started at 2am, when I heard C opening his stocking, and him saying "wow", "awesome". He finally went back to sleep, and I woke him up at 7.45. J was up at 7. Both boys loved their presents, was lovely to see their faces. C was chuffed with his limited edition Xbox 360, and J adored his Fur real dog.
They played with all of their presents until we went to my Mums at 11.
Both boys were met with a sofa each, filled with presents. C dived straight in, but J just wanted to cuddle his Grandad, so it took ages for him to open his. He had an electric car, and helped assemble it. C was snowed under with Lego.
We had an excellent day. Kids played with their toys, and us adults had a darts tournament. I lost.
H got me a Kindle Fire HD, which I wasn't expecting as we're pretty much skint. I thought it was a cook book before I opened it. C stayed at my Mums, like he does every Christmas evening. J was wiped, and had an epic 4 hour nap after his dinner (he demolished about 15 sprouts, aswell as turkey, cranberry sauce, mash, roast veg and leek sauce).
Today is round 2, with the step kids.
Was a really nice Christmas. Very different from last year, when I left my H on Christmas eve. Was also my first Christmas with both my parents, in 22 years.
Really hope everyone had a nice day.

Sounds like a lovely time you both had
L was shouting at 4.30asking to get up, at 5 he started crying saying he needed the loo but was worried Santa was still downstairs, we brought him in our room and Isaac unexpectedly woke up so we all opened our stocking presents.
Went downstairs and L screamed 'o my goodness' so many times. Isaac bounded over to his bounce and spin zebra and attempted to climb to get on. L got a bike but it was hidden and he walked past it about 10 times, then screamed 'I've got a bike'
H and I had a brew and a bacon butty whilst Lucas started ramming gold coins into isaacs mouth!!! The boys had pastries for breakfast.
We then took the round the estate on Ls bike and Isaac in his car. We then saw Lstea her comi g out her house and L got very giddy and was telling her about santa coming. We dropped in on a few neighbours then the ils came up with more presents.
We then went to visit William, cemetry was chocca!
Then it was lunchtime, I had a rant at h as he was adamant he was doing Xmas dinner but he spent so much time in the kitchen! Isaac absolutely demolished everything in his plate! So he had scallops wrapped in Parma ham with a garlic sauce and some rocket, then he had duck in a red currant and clementine sauce with roast pots, pigs in blankets and roast veg with pancetta and chestnuts! There was not a scrap on his plate!! L was hyper so ate all his starter it messed round with his main and only had about a quarter.
We then chilled out for a bit and watched room on a broom which was fab! Isaac had 3 naps yesterday as was exhausted! Family and friends came up last night and we had a nice time, Isaac and Lucas still Sleep now!
Just need to find somewhere for all these toys

Aw it sounds like you all had fab Xmases, and have very lovely and grateful children too.
Ours was our first (and last) as "just us" as we'll be a family of 3 next year. We got up around 7am becasue H really wax excitied, and H really did think I was going to spent the day in hospital (giving birth), as I had such bad cramps in my side! I knew it was nothing though - gah!
We then opened our stockings in bed, which were full of chocolates! We came down and took turns to open presents (mainly from each other). Had lots of lovely surprises, and then we opened the many many presents we'd been given for the baby - who was also spoiled rotten despite not being here.
I then had a bit of a rest with a hot water bottle and H made me some toast and tea. I wailed at him that "I didn't mind being in pain if it meant we were going to meet our daughter, but that I knew it wasn't labour).. Thankfully the rest and TLC helped the cramps ease and I made H a bacon bagel for breaky.. Then we cuddled up on the sofa, messing with the bits we got for Xmas a bit - H setting up his new watch/trying on his new clothes etc. Before we popped the turkey in. After more relaxing etc I did the rest of the dinner prep, H set the table and had a shower and we had a delicious dinner!
We were then exhausted, and again just relaxed, called my family (they'd all been out to dinner so we'd not spoken), chatted to the ILs, my Dad called me from the hospital that Nan is in, to have a chat, and we pretty much just sat and ate chocolate/other goodies cuddled up on the sofa all night.
Was so quiet, so relaxed. no arguments, no screaming SILs or fighting from the neice/nephew, no driving, or even going outside (for the last 10years since my parents got divorced i've had to split between them, and so could never just relax). It was really very lovely!
