What are you buying? Last year we just made fudge and gave to each staff member in her room. This year I'm thinking of a tin of sweets between them and then a wee thing for her keyworker, who's a quite young girl who is really girlie.
But a tin of chocs sounds boring and if give them on last day then how do they share (although in reality they prob take a tin home each as bet they get loads)
What are you doing? Inspire me!

Ha that's the route I'm probably going down SW! Everybody likes chocolate, safe bet!

I'm going to get Abigail to do snowman soup for each staff member and her key worker is getting a 'keep calm I'm a nursery teacher' mug to go with hers. Bit twee and I doubt the staff will actually use them but A will love making it and handing them out

That sounds good ally, I'm tempted to get M to do peppermint creams or something just with royal icing, nice and simple but will make her feel like she's making presents, but I'm also feeling lazy! I could get her keyworker some novelty socks or something maybe.

Not nursery, school staff - Same as last year, making cookies and putting them in Christmassy cellophane bags tied with a bow. Got a yummy recipe for white choc and cranberry cookies which are delicious.

Some years we buy smellies or make biscuits. One year we made a personalised tree decoration. Last year though someone started a collection, we all put the same amount in and the money was sharer amongst the staff. I think I'd rather that than up to 20 bags of cookies or smellies!

Pb when I worked in a nursery I loved getting all the chocs and smellies! My mum loved it too as I was at home at the time so she didn't have to buy xmas chocs!

Just ordered a bargain Thorntons hamper with about 8 different boxes. With three children in nursery/school/clubs, I need at least 6 presents so it's perfect. And if there's any left over, I might have to sample them! Down to £25 less than half price but I can't do a link as their website seems to have crashed!
