I'm applying for a new job (not in a school) and I have to give details of the responsibilities held in my current post (primary school class teacher). I am really struggling - I think we do so much without thinking out it, and it's a different ball game to other areas of learning (I'm applying for FE teaching) so I don't want to assume the panel know what my job involves. So far I have:
- Planning and delivering lessons across the curriculum
- Assessment and subsequent intervention
- Analysis of data
- Liaison with parents, colleagues, education consultants and members of the MDT
- Subject leadership
I know we have loads of teachers on here, so I'm hoping some of you can point out the no-doubt obvious!

All good, thank you - see, I've forgotten all the 'normal' things we do!

have you put anything into place yourself such as new assessment methods or teaching approaches, any community outreach work, mentoring new staff or delivering training ?
