Dads don't read enough to their babies and toddlers, says the Book Trust. Is that true in your house

Hello

We're wondering what you think of this research, conducted by Ipsos Mori for the Book Trust, that suggests that only 29% of fathers read to their under-ones every day – compared to 42% of mothers. And only 62% of dads read to their under-threes every day, compared to 71% of mothers.

Does that sound like a true reflection of things to you? Do you do most of the reading to your children - particularly if they are very small? And, if so, is that because you're simply around more (maybe you're still on maternity leave), rather than the fact that your other half doesn't want to?

Do please let us know. We'd love to hear your views
