I pulled some bags out of our understairs cupboard this morning as I was looking for something. I didn't stop to think about what was in those bags - the kids Easter eggs. Jack appeared from nowhere and had a good rifle through before I realised what they were. I chucked them back in quickly and we left for school. Sophie then went in their just before lunch for her space hopper, again I didn't think about it, and reappeared with a Thorntons chick egg asking why there are eggs under there. I told her I had to post them to the Easter Bunny.
Arrrrrrrrrgh. Pesky kids. Do I a) ditch these and start again with new ones, or just hope they b) don't remember (unlikely), c) believe that I posted them to the Easter Bunny (fraught with future questions about his address, where he lives, how do I know, can they go, etc) or d) hope they don't care because they will have loads of chocolate?

I'm thinking C..... because TBH I could do this to my H and he wouldn't care as he has chocolate

I'm hoping they won't care! J is soooo suspicious of everything now - Father Christmas, Tooth Fairy, so might as well add Easter Bunny to the list!

Lol, My oldest nephew told us he didn't believe in tooth fairy on Sunday... I suspect FC and EB will be next! Bless him, he said he would pretend to believe though for his little sister who lost her first tooth!

My mum's answer was always that if you don't believe they can't bring you presents/eggs/money. I'm going to take this approach. J will then want to believe until he is 30!

Yes my mum was the same! Will be doing this with my kids!!! I just don't want to have that conversation with them! It's funny I never thought about these type of things whn I wanted a baby! PJ xx
