I do, to grandparents, other family and a few friends I don't see much. I use it as a nother way of keeping in touch really. But I was in asda today and they had tons of Easter things - even Easter crackers. I was amazed - do people really go that all out at Easter?

No never have, don't receive them either

Just to 2 of my aunties. I send them holy ones as they send them to me. My bf in oz has also started sending me holy cards throughout the year, absolutely no idea why as he's not in the least but religious! He sent me a st Patrick's day card (im not irish) so I'm going to get him a very twee/Ott Easter card

I do but only to family

Nope, not done here either.
Seen a few things here in the shops too, just looked like more things to waist money IMO.
For some reason Hot Cross buns always taste better at Easter though :)

No I haven't but have received them from religious family members

I send my mum one (she is a vicar though!) and some of my church friends

No, I didn't know you got them. Although on thinking of it you get a card for everything these days so Easter isn't too outrageous a concept!

The kids usually get one from PIL but I have never sent them.

My mother tends to but this year she dropped and egg off for I and a card for her. She is 21 months old, what a waste!! I will enjoy the egg though!

We've never done Easter Cards. I've not ever thought about it before. I tihnk the kids might have had them from PIL in the past if we haven't been over to see them around Easter time, so they send them a card and an egg, but that's all.
Easter is about family meals, church, and easter egg hunts here!

I only send them to my nan.
I was in the USA for Easter about 12 years ago and was really taken aback by all of the Easter 'stuff' in the shops. Now it's getting the same here.

I send them, to family and people I keep in touch with who aren't on facebook etc. I also have Easter decorations as I'm a sucker for an occasion!

12/03/2013 at 12:45

Yes but only to those who I know Easter is a big religious celebration. Always have done. I love Easter - i think i prefer it to Christmas.
