I've seen this really good offer on Look Fantastic and wondered what the products are like. The reviews for the Marine Cream are very positive so it's a good way of trying it out. But then again shall I just invest the £60 in a pot of that alone?

I haven't but I have at spas so cant really comment as they are one-offs.
I like the smell of them. Would you normally spend that much on a cream?
Is there a counter you can go to get a sample to see if you like it?

My Benefit cream is half the price and I'm happy with it but this one is anti ageing whereas benefit is just a moisturiser.

ah ok. what about other brands like no7, estee lauder etc?

I don't really like No7, the perfect & protect was rubbish. I've not really looked into other stuff just heard of Elemis Spa's and thought that was a good price.

I haven't but have just bought some for myself for Christmas (and got the money back from H!) I bit the bullet and went to Debenhams and had a consultation with the Elemis woman, as I wanted to make sure I'd be getting the right stuff for my skin as it's so ££. She was really good, so I decided what I wanted, and shopped around online. As it happened, Debenhams had a good gift package of the stuff I wanted for £49 - same as online so I bought from there to get my beauty points!
I wanted to use Elemis as have heard nothing compares to them skin wise, but more for the horrible spots I've been plauged with since coming off the pill. My boss loves the marine cream though, she's an older bird but says she's really noticed the difference.
BTW, have you been to the Benefit counter in Debenhams lately? They've got some brilliant sets for £10! Either porefessional and the eye cream, or the eye cream and two moisturisers - not full size of course but total bargain!
I asked on here a few weeks ago before I shopped, and White Sparkles, Pops and Alocin all use Elemis so might be able to give you some more info.

Thanks lamby that's great to know. I've developed an allergy to the benefit eye cream :(
17/12/2012 at 15:33
Oh no :(
Have you found an alternate? I am still on the hunt to sort my baggy eyes out as I didn't really get on with it either. I didn't get an allergy but it didn't seem to do much for me, and left my skin a little bit sore. The quest continues!

I've just been using a vit e cream from superdrug as i use their eye make up remover. Seems ok

Thanks, I might give it a whirl, or see if the Elemis performs miracles on my eyes as well as the rest of my face!
