G's dog seems to have been adopted by our neighbour. I'm so happy she's found a loving caring home and best of all a friend.
The neighbour has another doggy already and he said on Sunday, leave her with me, see how she gets on with his dog and there we go. He's had her ever since! H keeps seeing him go out in his car with the 2 dogs on the front seat, heads out the window
I want to et hom something as a thank you as he did us a huge favor but also gave her a loving home.
Any ideas? He's as gay as they come, has an allotment, doesn't drink, and has two dogs

That's a relief for you and must be nice the dog is still close by. Yep maybe a plant, or dog food for them even but that's not for him I suppose

Ah that's lovely of him and nice that SD can still see the dog when she wants.
No idea about a present.

It's great isn't it.
I did think dog food / leads / toys and then some choclates for him. But a plant is a nice idea...

If you were thinking it I'd go with doggy stuff and chocolates then as it will save him too with another dog to look after, so thoughtful too.

I'll have to get H to ask what food they eat. I don't even know that stuff.

That's good news. I'd go for a plant and maybe something small for the dog like a toy. M&S do boxes of plant bulbs/seeds in mixed packs - I think they currently have summer selections in store, that would make a nice gift for someone who likes gardening. They're about a fiver so not expensive but they will last, if you see what I mean.
