I currently eat a lot of junk food and really need to change my eating habits. My H needs to lose weight so we need to stop having take aways, pizza etc so often but my concern is I don'twant to lose weight and I worry if I cut out the crap that's what going to happen. I gave birth 16 weeks ago and the weight fell off me in days - I've just put on a pair of jeans and they look ridiculous cos they're hanging off me so I really don't want to lose more. Is eating lots of carbs like pasta and potatoes the best way?

healthy brown bread, small mounts of fat- use olive oil etc. good portion of potatoes like a jacket potato and portion of cheese and salad. drink milk, have a treat every day. Are you Bfeeding?

Yes still breast feeding. Not a big brown bread fan but think I need to try and make the switch

You can get the 50/50 bread and pasta that tastes good but has some of the brown bread fibre in it.
