Morning Ladies, I'll post the chart, let me know what you have done this week and I will update it.
I'm aching today after going to the gym yesterday morning, then last night I did the 6w6p. Tonight I can't get to the gym as H is at work so I'll do the 6w6p again.

W/B Sunday 19th May
2 gyms or swims a week plus a dvd.
Shred 4 times a week.
Gym 4 times a week.
So far – gym x 3 + 1 6w6p
Jillian Michaels DVD 5 times a week.

Ok sorry yes I went to the gym Monday, plan to go tonight and waiting for my dvd to arrive x

Run done tonight. Didn't do 6w6p, didn't have time. Tennis tomorrow night though!

Fail for me this week, been feeling rough:-( At least I've been able to keep to the healthy eating. Really disappointed.
