Roll up, roll up! Its the start of our exercise challenge. I pledged to go to the gym 4 times a week. I've been this morning so one down 3 to go.

DONE. That's the most I've pushed myself and I feel a little stronger now, I can actually do 10+ side planks which is the now I struggle with the most.
