Ripped in 30 level 3 done this morning. And I had to run for the train last night from the office and then up 78 steps (handy sign at the bottom says this) and I did it without dying!

Well done on shredding. I had a good session at the gym this morning then tonight I did the 6 week 6 pack which was quite good, my sides are aching now.

Well I was going to go for a jog on Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays but I've only managed Sunday and so already failed. I had a miserable appraisal today at work so just feel like a failure all round boo hoo :-(

Oh no pingu. Don't feel like a failure. With regards to the jogging, you still have another 4 days. Could you fit another 2 in this week?

Still time Pingu it is still early in the week. Good going for today SW, a good amount of exercise in the bag!
I might go to tomorrow night instead, my OH is away Thursday night anyway so probably better to move to wed/fri instead of tues/thurs.
I am very much a novice at this exercise business!

I'm full of excuses but didn't get to go to Zumba tonight cos my H wasn't here to look after the kiddies. Gutted as really enjoyed it last week. Power walk tomorrow night.

I havent ran or done 6w6p yet as ive been a lazy moo - no excuse....however tonight I did an hour's tennis practice and going to run and 6w6p tomorrow night. I can't remember what I said I was going to do so looking forward to the list tomorrow
