On the WL thread Belle has suggested that we do an exercise challenge. A few people on the WL thread don't want to actually lose much weight but tone up more. Belle has suggested a chart, so here goes. If you want to be added just reply to this, what your weekly target of exercise is.
Target Complete Yes/No
2 gyms or swims a week plus a dvd.
Shred 4 times a week.
Gym 4 times a week.

3 times a week: Crosstrainer - Hill programme for 38 minutes
2 times a week: Shred DVD plus 2/2.5 KMS on the crosstrainer

I am in too!! For me it will be a Jillian workout of some sort 4 times a week (minimum). I have done 3 already this week so hope I can keep it up. Good idea ladies and good luck.

I managed 13 days of shredding then missed 1 day then life took over (Ofsted, report writing, chicken Pox) so I hope to get motivated again. Please can you add me to the list as I aim to shred 4/5 times this week. Thanks
