i have a rather large a$$ and its getting to me. a friend suggested squats - but dont people do these to get big rounded bums? mine doesnt need any increase!

I would have thought that it would help tone the area and if you diet as well you should see a difference. I put weight in my a#se and hips really easily and found dieting and running really helped.

I'm on SW so thats got the diet covered. I'm going to make friends with my Jillian Michaels dvd in the morning :-)

Squats are great for building muscle and reducing fat in the bottom and hips. I use a ball at the gym (one of those massive ones) at the top of my bum, then roll down the wall so it is at my shoulders, and repeat! works a treat. when you are more confident then do without the ball and add some hand weights

exactly what CW squats and lunges worked wonders for my bum and thighs. toaning thighs and actually giving me a bottom rather than a wobble. starting with the ball is a fab way to make them a little easier to begin with. by using the gym ball I was still doing squats at 7-8 months pregnant.
