I'm really into the 30ds and I'm starting to see results on my stomach & waist, tops of arms and above my knees. However I feel i still need lots of work at the top of my thighs, mainly the inner part of my thighs.
Can anyone suggest some exercise, simple to do at home that can help tone this area?

lay on your back with a cushion between your thighs and do some squeezes and also some pelvic lifts whilst squeezing. Another one is again on your back both legs in the air straight up, then squeeze your bum muscles so legs turn out into a ballet type positions, then open legs to either side and life them back up and cross the ankles twice changing the front foot each time then reopen legs and repeat- not one to do with an audience! hehe

Happy feet - do you mean like scissor crosses? I'm doing those already but maybe need to up them.

They work - I use a machine at the gym similar and it does really help.

On the 1st level of the 30 ds there is an exercise here you do a wide stance and arm lift at the same time, do you know the one I mean? That really help my tops of legs

The squat and press? Workout 1 level 1? I've not really seen much of a difference and I'm now on level 3 doing loads of squats. It's great for bum but inside of thighs needs more work.

No it's not a squat. You bend to the side lift your arms out to the front. It's near the end of the routine. As you bend out to the side you lift your arms out to the front with your weightS

Ah I know the one, workout 3, legs wide and lift you arms whilst doing a side / back squat. I know the one you mean. I could definitely do more of those. Thanks!

That's the one! I think they are good. If you find them too easy do it for as long as you can till you feel burning

That's all I'm thinking about, that bikini bod! I bought a midi dress which arrived yesterday and it's bloody lush but you can't have a wobbly belly with it!

There's a couple of exercises on 6 week 6 pack that are really good for inner thighs. I can't really describe them but as you twist ypur body they pull the inner thigh too.
