I was considering getting back to the gym but at the moment don't feel I have time so think ill just waste money! So what else can I do to get fit and tone up again? I did the 30 day shred but half way through got a BFP and so I stopped. Is there anything better than that or should I give it another crack? I'm making a conscious effort to walk everywhere possible too while its not hot here!

Try the shredding again. Though how old is your LO now? Have you had your 6 week check?

He's 4 weeks so I won't do it just yet! I have an appointment next week and will see if I'm ok to go ahead- I feel absolutely fine so should be ok!

I know Belle and you're very thoughtful, bless you! I just feel so unfit and want to get back into my normal clothes! I've also refused to buy any clothes until I've lost this weight and not shopping is really hard

I feel the same WS, especially as I look on the scales and i'm not much heavier than when I got my BFP, yet my clothes do not touch me. But, it's only day 10 here, it's going to be a long while!
