I've never in my life worn falsh lashes. I really want to try some though.

Ooh I love them Belle. I get the semi perm ones, but when I don't I just either do the strip or the party ones.

Im addicted-Every day! I tried putting semi permanent ones on last week and lasting really really well. Not as drastic as my strips though but will save time when boy is here which was my aim.
What exactly are those? I can't work it out fromthe pic on my phone. Iv seen some eye shaped applicators though but are these tweezers? Tbh iv only wee used fingers and tweezers

It is a false lash applicator

might be worth a try and it is reasonable. I wear the semi permenant ones Fi, have them filled every three weeks as my own lashes are really stumpy!

Mine are stumpy after having them all the times Neens lol x

They grow back every 12 weeks to your full length, the false ones shouldn't stump the growth, you have either got long ones or you haven't

I really want to try the semi perm ones, but aren't they quite expensive with having to have them filled regularly? How much do you guys pay?
10/01/2013 at 12:33
I pay £20 every time, which I used to spend on my nails but now I do my nails myself as my lashes I love so much more. They were £50 initially. I have it done the same time as my waxing which costs me £30 ......it's my only treat to myself and I go without other things as I like to feel "nice"

That's not too bad actually, after the initial £50. I think I could do £20 every few weeks, and my hairdresser has them and they do make such a difference. Thank you, I'm very tempted!

Try them, some people find them annoying but I don't even notice mine anymore
10/01/2013 at 13:16
I used to get them all the time, but I couldnt get in. Mine are £30

I go through phases of getting the semi permanent noveau lashes on...I find them quite hard & need to sleep on my back or they go a funny on the side I sleep on!
They look really well but when they start coming out I hate them.
When I dont have them I look really bare - my eyelashes def seem shorter until they grow back (helped with vaseline at night!) but Ive decided Im not gettin them again & going to stick to strip lashes for special occassions.
I got an applicator but I find it too fiddly & prefer putting on the strips with my fingers.

Lamby if you think about the cost of mascara and how much you spend on that (I probably spend £20 a month to 6 weeks) it kinda justifies the cost of the infills. I really want to try and might do for my birthday and holiday.

Neens that will why mine are stumpier lol, I have never went 12 weeks without them

I have the nouveau ones put on every now and then, love them. They last a good few weeks and obviously longer if filled In as well. They are expensive when I have the lady who usually does mine (£65) but I've tried a few others and they are never as good. The express ones I had before Christmas for £20 and they only lasted a matter of days and were so uncomfortable. I've done some at home but only use a few so they never look as good.
