Aw yeah thanks for asking, I was just having a mini rant felt better writing it down and it was pointless so deleted it haha!
Wish we had the option to delete post's!

Oh CC! I love a good mini-rant. Are you sure you can't be persuaded? ;)

Haha It was only about some kids knocking on doors - with what looked like sponsorship forms.. They haven't knocked on my door yet.. Just thought it was bad there was 3 of them so I expect they all wanted sponsoring and I only actually recognised one of the kids.
Just wondering if this is normal to let your kids knock on doors of neighbours that you don't really speak too much?
I was brought up quite strictly when I was little due to my dad being the local policeman so to me that's a no no but I am not sure if it's just me haha!

I definately find just writing things down can really help. But if you feel in need of a rant, rant away.

CC - we never went to neighbours we didn't know. Same as trick or treat. I think we once did knock loads of doors for our Ethopia appeal when we were at primary school, but other than that it was always people we knew or our parents were friends with.

Pretty much the same us then, Trick and treating was only from people we knew would be doing it no knocking on elderly peoples doors etc etc.
I think they have given up, I just think it's cheeky fair enough if my next door neighbours kids knocked I would happily give them something for doing something but 2 out of the 3 kids I don't even know who they are!.
I just think because its 3 of them it's worse because they will all want sponsoring.

We wouldn't approach the same people when we were kids. Even my sister and I if the whole school was doing something, one would ask one set of grandparents and one would ask the other so that it wasn't being too rude asking for too much. Kids these days!! ;)

Haha.. That makes me laugh.. I am obviously getting old haha!
But I would much rather have one kid come to the door and get sponsered so like split up and do a house each.
Maybe I am just grumpy haha!

Another one who wouldn't have knocked on peoples doors as a child asking for sponsership. I was only allowed to ask family or family friends. I also never went trick or treating.

Glad it wasn't just me being grumpy then haha! Thank you ladies :.... They never did knock on my door..They must know I am getting grumpy in my old age haha!
