Hiya, I gave up when I expecting Mia and haven't had one since. it's hard but the thing I found is keeping your hands busy. If your at work at a desk try pen swizzling. If your at home do 'the man thing' and sit with a remote in each hand watching tv. Eat healthy snack that will keep your mouth busy and most of all when you really think you cant resist just think about your baby that is going to be here soon. it does stop after a while I promise.
I had major sleep issues at the start with Mia but not too bad second time around. I feel asleep at work talking to people. Lol. If you can try and set yourself a to do list for the next day but start with something nice to do for yourself. Even if it's something small like making a nice drink instead of a morning tea or juice or painting your nails etc. It gives you a reason to get up that's a bit more interesting then washing clothes etc and you'll be grateful when you're knee deep in nappies that you made the time.
Good luck with everything. I found making Lee a nice cuppa usually was a good softner for 'I'm sleeping in and you're getting up'. You'll probably find in the next few weeks you get a sudden spurt of energy and be running around like a mad woman.
