what will you not buy unbranded?
For me its:
Mayo - got to be Hellmans
Salad Cream - got to be Heinz
Soup - got to be Heinz
Beans - got to be Heinz
Washing detergent and softner - don't mind which brand, whichever on offer.
Crisps - got to be walkers or Seabrooks
Toothpaste - Colgate
Tea bags - Tetley
Deodrant - Sure or Dove
I'm sure there's more but that's all I can think of.

Oh god I buy anything as long as the price is right - branded or not.

Chips. Has to mccains french fries all the way.
Washing detergent - Persil Original Non Bio because H has sensitive skin and this is the only one that doesn't bring him out in a rash.
For most other things I have zero brand loyalty - I tend to go for whatever is on offer.

Tea bags - PG tips
Margarine - Clover
Deo - Nivea.
Hair gel for C - Loreal
Used to be washing powder, until I tried Aldis own, and was really impressed with it.
My H will only eat Heinz soup, and Maryland cookies. He won't touch own branded ones.
I'm sure Aldi do a lot of that SW. I'm sure they have tetley and Colgate
My h has got to have helmans mayo, iv tried filling a helmans jar with own brand but he can tell.
Propper coffee too (we have tassimo now though so order online so it doesn't affect shopping)
I'm a crisp aholic and don't mind any type of crisps really, if its a crisp il eat it!
Other than that I don't mind, I make my own soups, meals, my h said when we met he can only use Colgate, I bought whichever was on offer and he uses it fine , my h has taken a liking to those little French beers from Aldi, or else he gets carling/fosters/corona on offer (the man at the bottom if our hill will sell it cheaper if you can prove somewhere sells it cheaper than him )
I got a right bargain in Asda the other week, Surf Tropical Liquid tabs 35 box £2.50! Bunged 4 boxes in my trolley thank you very much

I'll buy anything, i aren't fussy. I used to be, and would only buy branded washing powder, but i've tried Aldi's and it's great. I do have to have the Muller lights though, but only because they are syn free and Aldi's versions aren't.
O iv thought of one, chewing gum, I need that extra chewing gum, I think Aldi do mentos chewing gum but that's crap

Oh yes, I margarine, I only like Flora light but I did buy the Love Butter from Aldi which I haven't tried but H had it on his toast and said it was ok.
CP I did get a tube of Colgate for £1 from Aldi this week. I'll have a look for th tea bags.
Belle that's good, I got a bottle of Daz for £3 yesterday in Asda, I was tempted to try the Asda Chosen by You detergent but saw the Daz one for the same price.

MrDD will only by branded for loads of things, whereas I'm fine with most things that I can think of, apart from cornflakes which have to be Kelloggs - all other just taste like cardboard!
I am becoming less picky about brands now and just go with what's on the best offer,
But I can't give up on Hellmans Mayo, Heinz salad cream, Beans have too be Heinz! The others just don't taste as nice!!

I use the Asda extra light mayo. I hate the eggy claggyness of Heinz mayo it's proper thick too. Yuck!

I'm not picky about things having to be 'branded' as such, but we do have things that we prefer and things that we wouldn't buy no matter how good the price was, if that makes sense?
Washing up liquid, for example - have tried a fair few over the years and didnt think any compared to Fairy, so I buy that. So it's brand loyalty, but not just blind brand loyalty.
We prefer Lavazza coffee but if money was tight or it wasn't available, there are a few others (including supermarket own brands) that would be fine.
Tinned tomatoes, pasta and tinned beans (baked, kidney, cannelini etc) - dont buy supermarket own brand of these things any more, but it's not because of snobbery, it's because I've tried them from the 2 supermarkets I go to many times and don't like them. The tomatoes and pasta would do the job if I had to buy them, but I'd do without kidney/cannelini/butter beans etc rather than buy Tesco or Sainsburys, they're vile.

Out of your list SW the only absolute one is Deodarant. A year ago I'd have had a list long as my arm but needs must and my budget doesn't allow for me to be as picky.
