I had a shitty day foodwise, I was doing so well, ordered a salad at lunch (chicken and bacon) and the meat ended up being a mix with mayo! Feeling rubbish in the evening and ate I don't know how many biscuits totally ruined everything I'd done the previous 2 days and WI today at 10st 10lb - 0.5lb off but don't deserve it.
Back to it today:
B - lemon cakeL - meatballs and salmon kebab, yogurtD - ??S - jelly and yogurt

Morning dd, evenings are worse for me as I could sit and nibble things. Iv bought some dukan biscuits this week as I got used to having coffee with biscuits over Xmas. Iv been eating bloomin pickles at night well done on your loss!
Anyway WI this morning iv lost 4lbs since Tuesday. Feeling really positive that my blip over Xmas might be fixed soon. Hoping to loose the 3lb next week on nights ten il be back to where I was Pre Xmas. I want to be in the next stone bracket for L and I's party in 4 weeks which is doable.
B- oatbran and yoghurt
L- salmon in a lemon dressing
D- home made burgers (wont have burger buns or salad)

AFM I didn't realise it was WI today sorry so I'll do it tomorrow .
I'm sure I've put on some but only because I've go me from a week of actually not eating back to eating. But I'm still not eating any naughties at all and I managed a 30min run this morning so fingers crossed it won't be a huge gain.
Wow cp, that's a brilliant loss!! How much to the next stone bracket? I was hoping for more like 3lb, and since it was 2lb yesterday morning that's what I'd probably have got. At the moment I want to be back to pre-christmas weight by 17th Jan as we've got a photo shoot that day, but it's looking less likely now. Tell me more about the Dukan biscuits?!?

DD a loss is still a loss so don't feel disheartened.
CP that's brilliant loss - Dukan is really working for you isn't it!
Mrs C - Weigh in whenever you feel happy to. I do mine on a Monday morning in the vain hope I stay good over the weekends.
AFM - first day back at work, I weighed myself this morning and the scales showed 10st 4lb so that's a 2lb gain over Christmas as sadly I'd gained 2lb during December. I will be doing weigh in on Monday as I used to but needed to know where I stand.

Kat - I'm more disheartened about the fact I just went off and ate all that crap knowing I shouldn't and was weighing in this morning. That's fab you've only put 2lb on over Christmas, I wish that's all I'd put on!!

Ok so I weighed in at 12st 3.5lbs this morning I've never been 12 stone in my life! So plan for today is B - porridge, L - soup, some boiled ham D - homemade burgers, salad, no roll. Have done an online food shop that's being delivered tomorrow with everything I need for this week's meals, so shall have no excuses for keeping on track! My first target is to lose 1st by 23rd march as H and I have a night away that night - should be doable, think it's 11 weeks?? After that we have SILs wedding in May and I'd like another half stone off by then. Focus focus!!
Well done to those who have lost and to Kat for only putting on 2lbs over Christmas!! DD, a loss is a loss, I know what you mean about eating when you know you shouldn't, I'm terrible for that too, I wish I knew the solution!

Dd don't feel rubbish. I think if you are craving stuff then you should allow it then start again the next day because if you don't then you sit and it's all you end up thinking about and it can make you go totally off diet for a while. There's things like dukan choc mousse, not tried it but might give you a chocolate fix if needed

DD - A loss is a loss hun and you havent been back on it for more than a week so dont be too hard on yourself. Can you get a hobby or have something that you can do instead of eating or dont have the biccies in the house? Ive been eating ice lollies for something sweet!
CP - Well done 4lbs is amazing.
KS - You can do it again, you smashed it last year!
Mrs C - Weigh in whenever is best for you - a 30 mins run is ace - I've been going to the gym for 2 years and can run about 2 mins!!!
Weekender - A stone by then is completely doable - focus! Well doen for starting!

CP - I'll look into more snacky options, not so keen on chocolate mousse though, plus I have an egg most days in the cake I make so try not to eat any other eggs if I can.
1st Baby - my hobby is singing, but I can't do that when C's in bed, and that's the cause of my upset yesterday (stupid text from someone). We don't usually have biscuits in the house, but these were a Christmas present.

Well done you lot who are back on it. I'm starting on Sunday when I get my healthy food shop in. Still trying to be good ish today and tomorrow. Going back to the gym for the first time in 2 weeks tomorrow which I'm looking forward to.
I still haven't weighed in, my scales aren't working, think they need a new battery so for now ignorance is bliss but I'll fix them over the weekend. This weekend should be a good weekend with no alcohol as H is nightshift Saturday and Sunday, then will keep off it all of next week as well which is great for me ha ha.
AH thats fair enough DD - I get that you are an emotional eater - dont beat yourself up, it'll only make it worse. Can you distract yourself with something else - I;m obsessed by playing angry birds at the moment and finding surveys and things to make money to kee me busy - would any of that help you? xx
I'm coming back in. Weighed in this morning and was 8st 8lbs which means I put on 5lbs over Christmas

KS that's good you had only a 2lb gain. I read in a magazine on average people put on 10lbs over Xmas so well done
Weekender - it's doable in 11 weeks. Good on you for being organised

Dd it's coconut biscuits from holland and Barrett blooming £3.49 but I figured it was worth a go (went via top cash back as its 10% cash back to try to justify the cost ), if af is due you might be storing water too because I literally loose nothing af week. I've got 8lbs to next stone bracket

Morning everyone. New Year, new start. Don't worry about having a few nibbles, its not the end of the world.
I weighed myself on New Years eve so haven't done it again this morning.
Starting weight is now 11st 10lbs. Goal weight is 10 st. Aiming to get a stone off by the end of March.
I tried Jillian Michaels 6 Week 6 Pack this morning. It was not bad - aiming to get a slightly less wobbly tummy by end of March. All my weight sits on my tummy so definitely need to work on this area.
I've meal planned for this week so feeling like we'll be eating healthier stuff again.
Breakfast fruit and cereal
Lunch will be sandwich
Dinner will be soup.

Morning ladies, well done for your loses DD and CP - all moving in the right direction. SW, alcohol is my vice too!
My start weight was: 12st 2lb, and this morning the scales say: 11st 7lb! I'm hoping to (eventually) get down to 9st 6lb, so about 2stone left to lose. I have a feeling the first stone will drop off and then the really hard work will start
Today I'm having:
Breakfast - wholemeal toast with low fat marg
Lunch - ham salad sandwich
Dinner - homemade chicken casserole
