Morning, I did a nightshift overtime last night iv not done overtime in 6 years but its good money for just 10 hrs and I thought it would be good in the run up to Xmas.
Iv weighed in and lost 1lb but not sure if that's right because technically this is nighttime for me
t- I think quiche or curry

So when do you get to sleep today cp? Sounds like a good time of the year to get some overtime in.
I'm so knackered, I couldn't get sleep last night with too many things going through my head, and finally went sleep about 2am - not good when I've got a full days work today, then work night out tonight!!
As far as weigh in, I lost 1lb which I'll be pleased with for now since AF has just arrived like I thought it might, so I'm now 10st 7lb with 7lb left to lose. Will be sticking to the diet all day, then a night off it tonight for Christmas do including alcohol (can't let those free drinks vouchers go to waste!!)
B - lemon cake
L - chicken, extra light philly, yogurt
D - selection of canapés, roast parsnip soup, chicken wrapped in pancetta, hopefully without the mushroom stuffing like I'd asked, with bubble and squeak and veg, followed by trio of desserts (choc brownie drizzled in white choc sauce, red berry jelly shot, mango and passion fruit cheesecake)
I'm drooling at those desserts, especially the brownie!! Can't wait

Dd I won't sleep , I'm already delirious! H is in at 1 and its the school fair at 3 then we are off to see Santa! I look see through at the moment!!
Well done on your loss. Have I asked how you make the lemon cake???

Cp how can you manage on no sleep? Can you sleep when I does? Deedee well done on the loss, have a fab time tonight. Afm I've sts which is fine because I had beers and s chicken kebab last night. Off to the gym this morning, then going to Newcastle clothes shopping with H then stopping off for a few drinks before we come home. No idea about today's food.

Oh god cp, and here's me moaning about "only" having 4.5 hours sleep! Does sound like a nice day planned though.
I use this recipe for the cake and add lemon flavouring
sw - have a great time shopping - maybe few drinks as you go round, might get your H to spend a little more on you

Thanks deedee but it's not my H spending, I have got £200 birthday and Christmas money off my mam.

Well done on the losses DD & CP and a STS is better than a gain SW!
My weigh in is on Monday. Will probably be a gain as having a heyooge curry tomorrow night!

Morning all. Well done on the losses!
I've also STS this week, which considering what I've been eating, isn't too bad! We're having takeaway tonight and then it's my birthday next week but as H is going to be out for 3 nights next week, I might just be able to keep on track.

Hey all - Well done CP and DD.
I weighed in at 9 stone 8.3 this morning which is a loss, although not sure by how much, 2lbs I think!!! Super happy as I did have some poppadums yesterday but stuck to a mixed grill tandoori and rice with salad last night with just water!
I had my inch loss wrap this morning and have lost 10.5 inches overall - I can't see much difference but my jeans are looser! Yay! x

Well done 1stBaby! 2lb loss is great! And fab about the 10.5inches lost. Sounds like I need one of those but I'm scared I'll get claustraphobic
07/12/2012 at 14:49
Wow, that's brilliant 1stBaby - is the inch loss expected to be permanent?
07/12/2012 at 22:14
Yes apparantly so, we shall see! x
