So when do you get to sleep today cp? Sounds like a good time of the year to get some overtime in.
I'm so knackered, I couldn't get sleep last night with too many things going through my head, and finally went sleep about 2am - not good when I've got a full days work today, then work night out tonight!!
As far as weigh in, I lost 1lb which I'll be pleased with for now since AF has just arrived like I thought it might, so I'm now 10st 7lb with 7lb left to lose. Will be sticking to the diet all day, then a night off it tonight for Christmas do including alcohol (can't let those free drinks vouchers go to waste!!)
B - lemon cake
L - chicken, extra light philly, yogurt
D - selection of canapés, roast parsnip soup, chicken wrapped in pancetta, hopefully without the mushroom stuffing like I'd asked, with bubble and squeak and veg, followed by trio of desserts (choc brownie drizzled in white choc sauce, red berry jelly shot, mango and passion fruit cheesecake)
I'm drooling at those desserts, especially the brownie!! Can't wait
