Morning girls, 2lb off for me which I'm pleased about as iv not been very very strict this week and even had a takeaway last weekend so I'm quite shocked tbh.
How have you all faired?
its isaacs Xmas party today, mummies have to wear Xmas jumpers and isaacs wearing his elf outfit!! O and I went to a cash for kids party last night and didnt drink I had planned to have a cup cake but they didnt look the best so I thought I wasn't going to have one incase they tasted rubbish.

I've lost just the 1lb this week, feeling a little rubbish about it, but at least it's in the right direction. Currently weigh 10st 6lb, so just another 6lb to go - no chance of getting rid of it by Christmas now though, especially since I'm off out tomorrow night with friends - I won't be drinking, but we are going for an Indian!

Weighed in at 9.10 this morning, a GAIN of 2lbs. Think I'll blame SW as after her post yesterday I had 2 Quality Street!
I'm not going to sweat it though, Christmas is upon us, I have a night out tonight for a Chinese and a night away tomorrow, so will go to pot. Will be good until tonight. G been up throwing up every half hour through the night so we are having a restful day today.
CP - Whats your total I will update chart - and well done DD - 1 lb off even though you had a night out last week?! Well done x

CP well done, thats excellent.
Deedee don't be disheartened its good and remember you did eat a chocolate orange so could of easily went the wrong way.
1stBaby - What did I post yesterday that made you eat 2 quality street. They must of been pretty big sweets to make you put 2lbs on I think your right not to worry too much about it now. Just enjoy Christmas, try and be good when you can but enjoy the days when your not.
AFM I can't believe it but the scales say I've lost 1lbs, I was expecting a 2 or 3lbs gain, I got on the scales twice and it said the same both times. Its got to be a fluke because it was my birthday weekend last weekend and I drank Friday, Saturday and Sunday, had 2 take aways and went out for Sunday dinner. I haven't been good this week either, finishing off birthday cake and picking loads.
I'm happy though so I'll stick to what the scales say.

Hallo everyone. Some good results this week, even if we don't feel we deserve them Well done. I do really fancy Quality Street now and we've got a tin of them downstairs but I'm really trying to keep ignoring them as once its open I won't be able to resist.
I've lost 2 lbs in the last fortnight. Well, I know I'd lost a 1 lb last week (as I had on last Thursday) but didn't weigh in last Friday as I was too busy being ill. This week I've cheated slightly by weighing in yesterday when it was a 2 lb loss in total. The cheating part was because it was our office party yesterday so I ate and drank and I'd decided there was no point in counting it today because its bound to be bad news Plus I may have lost that 1lb because I was ill but I'm still counting it for now.
So my current weight is 11 st 8 lbs which takes my overall weightloss to 40 lbs (woo hoo!) and I just need to lose another 2 lb to reach 3 stone lost.
I've not really exercised this week as I was either recovering or busy so I'm going to get back into it next week. I'm off work and have contemplated getting up and doing the Shred every day next week but will have to see if my knees and back can take it (and whether I have the will power to get out of bed )

1stBaby - wow, they must be huge quality street! Yep, night out won't have helped, despite having been 4lb down two days after!! (that'll be the not being able to keep even water day won't it!!) plus the carbs on Tuesday, and a few other things I shouldn't have eaten in the week. Just a bit disheartened because I could have been so much closer to goal if I'd have stuck to it better the last two weeks.
SW - I know it could have been worse, although the chocolate orange was nice! Well done on your loss!
Cedar - well done, I'd go with the 2lb loss too!

Deedee, its nearly Christmas. Its hard to stick to anything with all the social stuff and treats coming out. Just remind yourself that overall you are going in the right direction, and you're having fun on the way. I believe as well, that if you deny yourself everything then when you reach goal its easy to get carried away and think that you can eat anything you like so then you put it back on anyway. This way, it comes off slower but it should stay off which is the long term aim.
