How have we got on this week? Who is weighing in today and what is the verdict?
I'm going to weigh in early next week to keep me sensible over the weekend (or try and keep me sensible). I had another good day yesterday, went to the gym and burnt 1000 calories but then had 2 glasses of wine with my tea but was still under calories.

I put on, the 1.5lb i lost last week is back on. Thankfully it's nothing more than that. So next week i'm aiming for that, plus a bit more off. I really want to get a stone off by the end of the month, so i'm aiming for that, and plan to be on track all week this week.

2lb off for me today which considering I had such an awful day yesterday I'm quite pleased with.
I'm full of cold and so tired today so not very hopeful I can be that good - we were supposed to be going out to visit a friend and her new baby this morning but that's been cancelled (partly because of my cold), so not even sure what to do with C today now.

SW - i was expecting a gain, i'd only properly been on plan for 2 days out of the last 7, and i consumed enough cake to sink the titanic at the weekend. I'll do it though next week, it's made me more determined.
Deedee - well done on the 2lb off, that's brilliant. Sorry to hear you're feeling a bit rubbish though, hope you get better soon

Chids, at least you expected the gain and are working harder this next week.
AFM, My weigh in is Monday and I reckon I'll have gained after my foodie week. Another posh lunch today - being treated to Galvin at Windows (French) so plenty of fine wine and good food.

SW can you update my loss to 17.5 lbs please (3 lbs off this week) . I weigh in on a Monday so will try and be good over the weekend. I have a spa day tomorrow and probably dinner at mums on Sunday so it shouldn't be too bad food wise.
DD well done on your loss. Chids forget about your gain now and look forward to next week.

AFM - I've lost another 2lbs which means I've lost 3lbs this week and I'm now back to my 14st starting point. I'm getting back into the swing of things with the calorie counting so I should find it easier next week

I've stayed away recently, I havent' been motivated and didn't want to bring the thread down. I have managed a tiny loss this week and weighed in at 9.11.6 which is crazy considering the crap week I have had.
Next Monday I am starting on Weight Watchers again properly. I wont be going to the groups as H's work is crazy at the moment and can't get there in time, but I will make the effort to exercise and follow the points which is the ONLY diet that has ever worked for me. I really hate the way I look and have felt low all week becasue of it. I am the only one who can make it happen, I can do it, I just have to stick at it.
See you all next week for a motivated, slimmer summer!

SW I always feel exhausted just reading about your gym workouts!
Belle - you are having some lovely leaving lunches/dinners
Chids - don't worry about a small gain. You'll have lost it again in no time.
As for me, its a stay the same again this week. But AF is due and I feel really bloated so hopefully next week I'll be showing a loss. Although we've got a nice weekend planned so there will be wine and lovely food consumed so we'll have to see.

Congratulations on the losses ladies, very encouraging. I have not had such a good week this week which is so frustrating as I know a good couple fo weeks in a row would get me on track. There is just always an excuse though!
