Morning girls how are we all?
2 off for me this week brining me to 11,2 , not much luck with my suitcase full of clothes. Lots of size 10 shirts and mini dresses so I bought a pair if jeans yesterday so hoping they will last me.
its Ls birthday today having people up to the house tonight. Have made some dukan cakes for me as I'm not a fan of cake really but figured I'd eat the normal cake but if the dukan one was there I'd eat that instead
anywau no snow here, what about you?

B- yoghurt and oatbran L- butternut squash and red pepper soup, T - tacos (I'm having 1 taco shell and maybe a vino....who am I kidding we all know il have 2 bottles of wine and be vvvvvv hungover tomorrow )

Well done CP. Sorry I haven't been about this week. Just been a little busy with family visiting and work so haven't been very good so I'm not going to weigh but get back to being good. So today

cp - well done on the 2lb off! I asked quite late on the thread yesterday, but wondered how you make your sticky chicken? I always love the sound of it.
Nala - hopefully you can get back to the diet this week
I've lost just under 4lb - woohoo!! Scales showed 3 3/4 loss so I'm down to 10st 4 3/4lb which is just about where I was before Christmas, and was my aim in time for our photo shoot yesterday
B - lemon cake
L - meatballs
D - ??
S - yogurt
Need to add more in to my food as there really isn't enough there, but not sure what at the moment.

Simple, very few ingredients, and incredibly tasty. The perfect Pure Protein day recipe. I could’ve eaten this all day, I just didn’t make enough!
ASIAN STICKY CHICKEN
8 skinless, boneless chicken thighs or chicken tenders
3 T balsamic vinegar
3 T low sodium soy sauce
1 t Splenda or (2 T Brown Sugar Blend Splenda or 3 T honey Consolidation)
2 t chili paste
In a skillet with a bit of cooking spray, brown both sides of your chicken. Chicken thighs should probably cook for 5 minutes a side, chicken tenders for about 3. While you’re doing that, combine the rest of the ingredients in a saucepan, bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes, or until it thickens. After your chicken has browned, add the sauce to the skillet and cook for another 5-10 minutes for thighs, 5-7 minutes for tenders, or until chicken is fully cooked. Voila. It’s that simple!

Thanks cp, I'm so glad I've finally had a decent loss! And thanks for the recipe, I'll have to do some shopping. BTW, is the T/t for teaspoon or tablespoon, or is T = tablespoon, and t = teaspoon??

O I thought T was tablespoon and t was teaspoon but since I don't particularly go off measurements I just ignored

DD, how was the photoshoot? Glad you got your weight loss target for yesterday, lways feels good!
AFM, well 12st 0.75lbs this morning, so small loss but wouldve been better if I'd eaten better, but I know that myself. Onwards and downwards!today's food is b - porridge, l - not sure but maybe baked potato, and d is chicken curry.

2lb off for me too, so I'm 11st 4lb now, still a way to go but all in the right direction Just got to be good this weekend now.

Sorry I can't update the chart as I'm off work today, I'll update it when I go in on Thursday.
I'm disappointed as I've STS this week, I've been pretty good apart from some wine but have been to the gym every day and worked really hard when I was there.
I've been to the gym this morning and burnt over 1000 calories doing 80 mins of cardio. Off to Asda soon, then spending the rest of the day in the house cos its so cold and snowy.

Well on the losses ladies. I am raging as like you SW I have stayed the same. I really thought I was on to lose a pound or two. Oh well need to keep at another week and see what happens.

Afternoon ladies. Some good losses today, well done. And SW I know its disappointing when the scales don't budge but sometimes it takes a bit longer to show up.
I've lost 3lbs which takes me to 11st 7lbs and back to where I was on Christmas Eve. So just need to shift one more to get to my mini target of 11st 6 which will be 3 stone lost since Jan 2012.
Baking a cake this afternoon for my Dads birthday - so obviously there'll be temptation in the house but have planned plenty of warming low calorie meals for this week.
