I had another good day yesterday, I couldn't get to the gym but I did start 1stbaby's 30 day ab challenge. I'm off to the gym after work tonight, it will be torture as its lovely and sunny today so by the time I get there it will be like a sweat box.
I'm going to weigh in tomorrow so it will keep me on track and I won't be tempted for wine or beers in the garden when I get in.

Morning, I did ok yesterday. I will do 6w6p tonight. Got fil here for the weekend and I just know it will involve lots of eating out, ice creams, drinks etc...I must resist! Just realised I can't exactly jump around doing the shred in front of him either damn.

Day 4 shred completed last night. Will be doing the ab challenge along side this starting tonight. Unsure on food today.

Morning lovelies. Glad to see you're all getting on with it with the exercise. I'm so happy. Lost all the 3.5lb i put on whilst on holiday last night, so it only took me 1 week to lose it which is brilliant. My aim for next week is to get into the 17 stone bracket, which means losing at least 1.5lb next week.
Got a busy weekend planned, off to an old friends tonight for drinks and nibbles. We're all on SW though so nibbles will be SW friendly, and i'm driving so drinks will be diet coke. Tomorrow night is going to be the killer though, off for cocktails a yummy food for a friends birthday. Will have to chose wisely. Sunday will hopefully be BBQ if the weather stays good. But meat is syn free as long as i stay away from burgers and sausages. Just have to have lots of chicken and kebabs.
B - Weetabix
D - Ham and beetroot sandwich, muller light
T - Staffordshire Oatcakes with bacon and tomato on

Day 5 shred for me today and started the ab challenge last night-looks hard!!
When I finished my exercise I got the start of a migraine in my eyes! Now I feel rubbish.
B: 2 slices of granary toast (needed something quick because of head!)
L: a few chicken nuggets

LB - Don't deprive yourself all weekend or you might get the urge to binge.

I;m not weighing in anymore, its demotivating! I have smaller jeans on, my belly is starting to look more toned but AF is here and I weigh a TON!
But day 7 of the ab challenge completed and my god today HURT so much!

1st baby, you don't need to way yourself to know you've lost weight. Smaller jeans are the important thing.

I've managed to lose all the weight I gained since getting home from holiday since Monday so I'm quite pleased with that - that's despite an awful day yesterday so could have been better.
Working from home today - MrDD is here looking after C so he should hopefully keep me in check a bit!

S - fruit

I had a good food day yesterday but didn't go power walking cos I did 2 hours of ironing instead. Weighed this morning and sts at 9stone 9lb which I'm pleased with.
L - scrambled egg on toast
T - fishcakes with new pots & veg
Maybe wine tonight, not sure yet.

I've had another good day, been to the gym, didn't have much time due to having to be back for H going to work but did 30 mins on the stepper and a 15 minute run then came back and did day 2 of the ab challenge.
