Anyone weighing in today? I was going to but I'm going to wait until next Friday. I had 2 weeks off the diet so going to give myself 2 weeks back on it and hopefully get back to what I was or ideally have lost a little.
I had a goodish day yesterday, although I sacked going to the gym for sitting in garden enjoying the sun with 2 bottles of bud. Today won't be a good day as we have got J's bowling party tonight so there will be cake which I will try and resist but there will be alcohol and after the party we are heading to the pub next door with a soft play.
B - Go Ahead bar.
L - Tuna salad with pitta bread.
D - Homemade curry and rice.

Morning, I've shredded this morning and feeling achy!
No weigh in for me but my measurements haven't changed which doesn't surprise me.
B - cornflakes
L - cold roast beef and er crackers because I don't have anything else in
D - lasagne and veg

I've weighed in a couple days early this week as I'm out celebrating at the weekend. The scales showed 9st 6lb so that's 1lb loss since Monday which will no doubt go back on 4/5/6 times over the weekend

LB - how is the shred going? Well done on doing it so early - Great to have it 'out of the way'
Belle - well done on the loss but let lose on the weekend and enjoy - have a great birthday dinner!
AFM - I weighed this morning and lost another 0,66 LB so good for the week I guess. Current weight is now: 8st 11.2lb.
SW can you update my intermediary target weight to 8st 5.3lb by 26th June and then final target to weigh 8st 2.6lb by the 26th July (my 36th Birthday)?

Well done to those who have lost and those who have exercised already!
AFM, yesterday was good and enjoyed my tennis lesson last night, loads of running around chasing balls so lots of calories burned
B - cereal bar
L - soup I think, not decided yet
D - venison burgers and mash
S - fruit, and I'm not gonna lie, I'm sure wine will be consumed tonight.....
No exercise today, Ive done something each day so far this week so giving my body A break
WI will be Monday for me

You got the chart SW?
Its a huge day in the 1stbaby household today - I weighed in at 9 stone 7.2! This is the lowest weight I have been ever since before having Evie and she is 6 tomorrow! It's taken me 5 months to loose half a stone but tbh I'm happy enough with that as its been slow and steady and I have been naughty too.
I need to try to keep on it as I would still like to loose another few pounds and really need to tone up. I was 8.12 when I got married, but thats deffo not sustainable. I doubt I will get anywhere near 9 stone but would love to not wobble!

SW - Can you update to 6.2lbs loss and next mini goal is going to be 9.3 which was always my intended target.
I am up for a challenge Belle - I've done the gym twice this week and it felt good to do it, I am much more energetic once its done. I am going o pledge to do 2 gyms or swims a week plus a dvd!

Right Can you do another chart SW - a weekly tally of what we are saying we will do so we can see it in black and white if we fail?
I'm saying Shred 4 times a week to begin with. I have 12 weeks until holiday.

Bleurgghh I'm doing terrible at the moment, just cannot get my head into the zone! I've signed up for the exercise challenge so hopefully that will help. I'm not feeling 100% at the moment so that doesn't help with dieting.

Well done to the losers today. I am a boring stay the same but given I've been eating cake all week is not surprising. Birthdays are out the way now and all the cake is eaten. So maybe I'll actually lose something.

WEll done losers and STS! STS here as well. i have eaten rubbish. chinese last night ( I weighed in thursday morning ) Feeling rubbish and want to eat lots of crap food but i will resist!!
