Oh dear, I've gained a lb! Oops, I've been in my calories this week every day but snacks have been creeping in and its not working for me obviously. This weekend its my birthday so I will get back on the wagon big time from Monday and re-start the gym - I'm sluggish so I need to do something! But this weekend involves curry, meal out ant meal cooked for me so can't even think about logging in mfp!

Morning 1stbaby. I'm another that's gained, half a pound here, AF is due but I think it's more to do with not counting points properly, the app won't work on my stoopid phone so I just tally in my head which doesn't work obviously! Oh well onwards and downwards! Good luck to those weighing in later and hi to everyone else. I'm off to work so won't get back on till later, have a good day ladies xx

Another gain here, 1lb, not surprised after the amount we ate and drank last Sunday night/Monday morning - the last few days was never going to make up for it! Need to try and stick to it a bit better this weekend.
ETA - SW, can you update me on the chart please, I'm 10st 6lb.

Deedee - I bet the night away with H was worth it though.
I've lost 2lbs this week but technically its a sts as I'm the same as I was the last time I properly weighed in a couple of weeks ago but I put 2lbs on when me and H were both off work for 2 weeks so I'm happy with that.
I got up and shredded at 6.30 this morning so feeling good this morning. I'm at work all day which will keep me away from any naughty foods.

Morning all. I had a slight gain last week after falling off the wagon but life just gets in the way sometimes so don't worry ladies!
Had a good week so far so hoping to be good over the weekend. Have changed my weigh in to Monday so will ask you to update me on the chart then SW - good or bad!

Sorry to hear about the gains, but you will get there, it's only a little blip.
I am still feeling positive, can't wait to get cracking properly at the SW classes, i'm still waiting for my referral letter to come through from the doctors, so i'm just doing bits of it at the moment and going by what my sister tells me.
Food wise today i've got/had
B - Lucky Charms cereal with milk
S - 1 toast
L - 2 bread with ham and mustard, banana, quavers
D - Steak, slimming world chips, peas & sweet corn
S - Blue riband wafer bar.

I'm so pleased its not only me! I haven't been to ww for 2 weeks and I need to undo some of the rubbish! Last weekend I went on a girly weekend away, drank so much and ate so much I was eating biscuits and crisps like I'd never see food gain. Well I went toa spinning class last night and plan a little jog tommorow.
1st baby enjoy your birthday weekend and for all the others who have gained impending some positive weight loss vibes your way!

Morning, well done to the losers and I think I'm probably in the gainers this week but completely forgot about weighing in this morning (definitely in denial )
Will get back into it this next week and aim to get back on track. I have exercised this week but the food consumption has been higher than it should but then it was our anniversary so I don't care
Chids, someone, I think it was Margot but could be wrong, posted a link to this blog http://www.slimmingeats.com/blog/recipes#.UQuZOb-vHSg which has loads of recipes which fit in with Slimming World to give you some ideas. 1st baby there are some nice cake recipes in there for you to try out now you've got the baking bug.
Breakfast was cereal
Lunch will be a sandwich or maybe crackers and a yoghurt
Dinner will be spaghetti bolognaise

Just a quick one from me as I have a velcro baby today. Well done those that are still feeling motivated, and those that have gained have only gained a small amount! It's the end of another week and next week will be a positive one.
SW - I am now 11st 2lb, but have stayed the same since last week - which I expected. Hoping that next week I might see 10st something on the scales so going to work at that!
B - Half a slice of toast with low fat spread

D - Jacket spuds with beans and salad

Well after Belle told me yesterday to stop putting off starting my diet I'm getting my head in the zone! I was really good yesterday and kept within my cals on MFP. I've adjusted my cals on there to only losing half a pound a week because I've only got 5 lb to lose and I've got too much else going on at the moment with my youngest being really poorly to worry about dieting really hard. I'll weigh next week so I can be added to the chart SW.
B - 2 x weetabix
L - ?
T - Chilli & Rice
S - 2 x cups of tea. 2 x glass of wine tonight
Well done to all the losers, all the gainers try not to worry, we all have bad weeks, keep going!

Hi all, I keep forgetting to look for this thread! Went to WW yesterday and have lost 2lb, which is what i'd put on, so thats good! Now 1.5lb under my goal weight so need to keep it off. I think I want to loose more actually as I still have a bit of a muffin top so need to speak to my WW leader but I guess that will mean I have to start paying again!
