We've got snow here too Debbydoo, tons of it. They're shutting work early too so that's good.

Well done Chids, you are on a roll at the moment.
Debbydoo - this weather is getting boring I'm so fed up with winter.
I completely forgot to weigh in this morning. So will look tomorrow instead.
Breakfast was hot cross bun
Lunch will be a sandwich
Dinner is fish and chips - this is a lazy 'day off' meal as my H has a day off today but isn't feeling well enough to go out for a nice lunch, just the two of us.
Have a good day everyone.

Chids, that's ace, well done!
Debbydoo, I wish this weather would just piss off now. I want spring!!!
Cedar hope you have a nice day together.
AFM going to sit down and write out a meal plan today and get on this. Weighed in this morning and have lost 6.5lbs since last Friday. Still have zero appetite but I'm scared that once I start eating that it'll pile back on. I've got back to the weight I was before Christmas now but would like a few more pounds off for this year. My mum is having a big 50th birthday party in June so that's my goal for a nice fitted dress!

Pip, you always look lovely whatever you wear.

Thank you Chids, that's lovely. I've just picked up some bits from the shop so lunch today is a ham roll and dinner is a slow cooked beef stew with tons of veg.

4 off for me this week (its the 4 I gained from being piggy on last weeks night), absolutely vulgar honestly! 4lbs of actual crap
Anyway well done to all who have had losses
I have a dilemma, in my new job I really don't think il get breaks as its very busy, so I noticed a lot of them have graze boxes. I think this will be a good idea but what do u think? Is there potential to pile on the pounds?
I'm out tomorrow night to a Cuban bar, really looking forward to it, going with the playgroups mums so should be fun.
B- biscuit at playgroups [blush]
L - chicken salad
T - roasted veg with goats cheese

CP, I was getting graze boxes thanks to some vouchers when I first started doing WW, although most if the things are healthy they can be quite calorific (is that a word!) because a lot of it is things like nuts and dried fruit. I suppose you could make your own up with chopped fruit etc then you'd know exactly what you're eating.

I'd probably do my own version of the graze boxes CP, dried friuts and some nuts have lots of calories in them, probably more so that you'd think. Well done on losing the 4lb though, that's excellent.

Hi all, I stuck to the diet yesterday, that first day back on it is always so hard but I did it and now I can carry on.
Chids, great loss! And you Pip even though it was a bug! I think our bodies naturally regain a bit of weight after illness so you might put on a couple of pounds anyway, even if you're 'good' .
Cedar.. fish n chips sounds YUM! enjoy.
CP I am sometimes tempted by the boxes but if I worked out the ww points I think they'd be higher than my normal snacks. I would have a banana , some grapes, low fat yoghurt. If you can squeeze in a hot drink have it when you have the banana, that always keeps me going!
Lunch-baked field mushrooms with low fat philly/onion/cherry toms, then a ww bar
I've baked some cheese scones for the boys and ate 2 (they are small and needed testing- delicious!) so will have something very light for tea, maybe cereal and then fruit.
This cold weather doesn't help does it, we need the spring to keep the motivation going!

I am waiting until next Friday to weigh in as I would have been following WW for 10 days by then. I was 10.2 so hoping I can get under 10 stone by then.
Can you beileve I have eaten out twice today and I still have about 10 points left! Amazing how easy it is to make the better choices when you are focussed.
I am going away this weekend and need to stay focussed. I will be using the swimming pool and gym (I hope) when I am away and am hoping to get back into the gym, have lost my mojo there, time seems to be so short! I will aim to eat healthily like today. I have bought fruit to snack on and a curly wurly for evening treats x
