I weighed in this morning and have put a pound on, I haven't had a great week but I had a very naughty weekend so its no surprise really, I'm sure it will come off next week as I WILL BE GOOD!
I'm off out tonight to an Indian restaurant, can't wait

AFM, another 2lbs off! Woohoo so down to 10st 6.5. I am out on sat night to a friends house with H so will need to be good other than that to keep it off.

AFM I managed 100 sit ups, 40 side push up things, 100 squats with weights and 20 push ups so better than nothing! Dinner was sushi.
Can I report here that my husband has not had a beer since Sunday evening and I sear to go he's lost so much weight around his middle. It's unreal!

Well done on the exercise Belle.
I have not had any beer, wine or takeaways for the last 2 or 3 weeks and that (along with no snacking) is totally responsible for my weight loss so I can imagine the difference to your H. It is amazing what a difference alcohol makes.

Hello SW I think you missed my post last week asking to add me to the chart, if thats ok. I put half a stone on over the summer so am on a mission to lose it! Was 10st 0.5 lb last week, weighed in today and lost 2.5 lb, yay! Goal weight is 9.7
Well done Alsi thats great!
Well as I have weighed in today Friday is day-off-the-diet-day so I'm looking forward to pizza and wine later. !

Sw I'm down to 11 8.5.
Due to weigh in tmw. Been plodding on with my couch to 5. On run 3 of week 5 tonight so hopefully I'll make it as its for a lot longer today! Have been enjoying it though.

I was really bad last night. I went into binge mode and ate 3 packets of mini cheddars, 2 ww cakes and a piece of bread and butter. Fwel very disappointed with myself but i cant undo it and today is another day. Someone suggested putting a sachet of Options into fat free greek yoghurt for a chocolate fix. Just did i but cant quite decide if its minging or ok!

MM for a chocolate fix buy youself Options hot chocolate. I always did this when I fancied chocolate the drink fills you up and you get your fix!

Agree with Belle, options drinks fills you up a bit and gives you a bit of a choc fix. Well done ML on your loss, we both have the same goal of 9 stone 7lb!

Sorry to threadbutt - are you all following a particular diet, or? I'm thinking of joining SW, I normally do WW but can't be bothered pointing and want to eat more 'healthily' whilst TTC and think SW might encourage that more...

A few of us calorie count on the my fitness pal app too. I started off with WW last year but feel that I learned good behaviour from it if you see what I mean so can now be sensible on my own. We'll see if that continues. I have never been to a meeting though and did WW online.

Maisie - what sort of things do you tend to eat on SW? My only issue is that I work 10 hours a day and I'm lazy :-) So although I want to start eating more healthy (I've got into a bad habit of picking up ready meals recently!!) I don't know if I will be bothered with it or if it will last just a day........ at least I'm honest with myself?! :) I see SW as much more fresh, cooking from scratch, etc, than WW is.

It definitely makes you eat more healthily as anything bad is a "syn" so it puts you off eating it, whereas on WW you can literally eat anything as both healthy and unhealthy mealsare pointed. Typical day for me would be -
B - either a very small bowl of cereal or a yoghurt and fruit
L - either a small sandwich or jacket potato wirh beans or tuna
D - chilli and rice, or veggie meatballs and pasta, fish with potstoes &veg, spag bol
Snacks - crackerbreads and dairylea, fruit, yoghurt
All of the food above is free if you get the daily combination right and most of it is unlimited! Its better than WW in my opinion because on WW i would save points by not eating pointed fruit to have chocolate! You cant do that on SW as all fruit is free and chocolate has high syns value so its harder to allow yourself to eat it IYSWIM?
