How has your week been? Is anyone weighing in today? My weigh in is tomorrow, I'm feeling quite positive as I've been good for most of the week. I've been hovering around the same weight for a couple of months now so really need to kick on and get some of these pounds off, I haven't got that much more to lose.
I'm going on a hen weekend at the end of the month so I'll be happy if I can shift a few pounds before then.
B - slice of wholemeal toast
L - Soup and fruit
D - Ham salad sandwich and crisps

I've lost 2lb this week! so pleased! I don't mind making all the effort as long as it pays off! It does help that I'm not feeling particularly well so not eating much. Well done on your good week SW.

I've weighed in today lost 2lbs so really pleased with that, just got to try my best to be good(ish) over the weekend!
I have given up chocolate for lent so I'm find that's helping my losses.
B- toast with marmite
L- mango and pineapple chunks with fat free greek yoghurt
D- spag bol

Well done Frankie and Sleepy. That's a great weight loss for you both.
I've not exercised at all this week so I think I'll give the weigh in a miss as it wouldn't be good news. Will have to make sure I do something tomorrow and Sunday to make up for being lazy the rest of the week
Sleepy - is that really all you're having for lunch? How does that keep you going for the afternoon?
Snow White - good luck with the weigh in. I know you've been working hard on the exercise this week, I'm sure you'll see that effort paid off when you step on the scales.
Breakfast was cereal and fruit with greek yoghurt
Lunch was a bagel
Dinner will be a vegetable balti recipe which we haven't tried before so no idea what it'll be like.

Frankie and Sleepy that's an excellent loss, well done.
Cedar, just think of this week as giving your body a bit of a rest from exercise.
So far, so good here, hopefully the scales will agree with me tomorrow when I weigh in.

Cedar - I normally have jacket pot or soup but i do a nursery run at 11.45 on a Friday so by the time I've got home and sorted C lunch I'm too hungry to bother making anything proper and I'm doing slimming world so its the easiest thing to fit round the plan.
