Good luck to those weighing in today, let me know what needs updating on the chart.
I had another good day yesterday, couldn't get to the gym again as H was at work but started the ab challenge again. H phoned me on his way home and asked if he should stop off at the offy, I was tempted but I resisted and told him not to.
I'm at work today, then going straight to the gym when I finish. I'm not weighing in until Sunday as H nightshift tonight and tomorrow so that will keep me away from the booze for the weekend.
B - Slice of toast
L - Ryvita
D - Ready meal
S - Fruit
PS can someone send me a link to the ab challenge please, I want to store it on my phone so I don't have to load my laptop up everytime I want to see it.

well done on resisting the booze sw and on the ab challenge, I cant do full sit ups so don't think I could do it.
I had no carbs yesterday, I was very proud of myself haha. i'm in for a bad weekend as we have mil, her husband and sil staying for a spur of the moment trip tonight till monday night so fitting in my exercise will be hard. Ive told H to go out with them for a walk or something so I can do my jillian dvd! also got our afternoon tea on sunday.

Well done on resisting the booze SW and no carbs yesterday LB. If you try sit ups with your arms extended above your head it helps to swing you up.
No exercise this moring as too tired but will shred tonight.

Morning ladies, just done the ab challenge this morning, no shred yet but I've got lots to do so might have to leave it til tomorrow.

Lb I found proper sit ups hard at fury but I'm in day 9-45 sit ups now and I manage it! It's a good challenge because it doesn't take any time at all x

I weighed in last night a put 1lb on. Probably from my weekend of cocktails, curry and BBQ, still annoying though. I've got to get back to it, i wanted a stone off whilst i'd got my 12 week pass, i've got 10 weeks of it left and still a stone to lose.
B - 2 weetabix, coffee
L - veggie pizza slice and muller light
D - whatever mum cooks
S - 2 little biscuits that a woman bought back from holidays at work.

I was naughty yesterday and ate an Easter egg! I just craved it and now I realise why, I came on this morning. So feeling yuk and bloated. Will try not to let it affect my eating too much over the weekend. Today is:

L - Ham sandwich
T - chicken with something

Hello, I haven't really contributed to this for a while but I've been getting back into the dieting this week. I've already lost 2lbs this week so I'm pleased. I've been more walks that are at least 40 mins long and that has made such a difference already, plus I'm enjoying it and it sends O to sleep, which is an added benefit! I'll have another weigh in tomorrow morning as I'm going to be good tonight for tea.
