Anyone weighing in today?
I had another ok day yesterday but didn't do any exercise. I'm at work today so will be good, then I'm off to the gym when I finish and hopefully again tomorrow morning if my mam can watch J. Just over a week to go to my sisters wedding so need to stick with it til then.
No Valentine's meal for us tonight, so:
B - Tea
L - soup and fruit
D - chilli and rice

I was ok yesterday. I've decided I need a new approach though. I have such a big appetite that my current way of dieting isn't working for me as I'm just hungry all the time then make the wrong choices. I really want to shift this last half a stone. I'm going to try SW next week although can't go to meetings so will have to try and wing it! I thought I'd follow the free 7 day food plan that's on their website and see if it works. I need to eat more as I feel crap when I'm not eating much!

I've been horrendous this week.
No gym, chippy, lasagne with garlic bread, puddings etc!
Back on it next week too!

Morning. I had a good day yesterday but am blowing it today as we're going out for lunch (me and H). Its coincidence that its Valentines Day. So I'm planning to enjoy it!
Frankie I find having a small pot of nuts to snack on helps fill me up. Or cut up some carrots and cucumber and have with hummus. If I plan the snavks out then it - mostly - stops me reaching for the biscuits instead. Also sometimes I'll have a cup of tea or water and tell myself that I'm not hungry!
