Anyone weighing in today? I had another good day yesterday, hoping it reflects on the scales tomorrow, then that will determine how much I have to lose to get to my target for my sister's wedding.
I'm at work today then off to the gym when I finish, I'll be there in the morning as well.

I was better food wise yesterday I didn't snack as much although I had a small plate of nuts and dried fruit about 4pm so that could be why. My dinner was tuna and salad beans. I did another 100 sit-ups (well I'm doing a mixed version of crunches sit-ups and curls) plus 100 squats with weights. I'm going to shred both days this weekend and my weigh in will be Tuesday although I'm not aiming to lose I still need to maintain and keep an eye.
Not sure what's on the menu today will update later.

I had a good day yesterday. Stayed away from the snacks. I definitely find eating a few nuts helps with this, but I do have to be careful to restrict the portion otherwise I can eat my way through a whole bagful.
Breakfast was cereal and fruit
Lunch will be a sandwich or toast and fruit
Dinner will be sausages and veggies
Hope to squeeze some exercise in later.

I felt very demotivated and low last week. I think all the major things that have happened in the last 18 months caught up with me (marriage break up and repair, new baby, new baby's milk intolerance and non-stop crying for 5 months, losing mum, H being made redundant and dreading going back to work in March) and i just cried for days and ate loads of rubbish. Felt better by Monday and gave myself a kick up the backside. Weigh in on Weds was really good considering and i lost 1.5lbs!! Back on it with a vengence this week. I have 8 weeks of mat leave left and i want to be at target by the time i go back. I have 16lbs to lose so no room for messing about!!

B - puffed wheat and fruit
L - tuna jacket potato with salad
D - chicken, spinach and potato curry

Hi all! I weighed in today and have lost the rest of my Christmas excess so back to my weight on chart. Hoping to get out for a run this afternoon and Sunday hopefully. Trying on my bridesmaid dress at end of Jan so being very good. Have a good weekend all!
