Anyone weighing in today?
I had another good day yesterday, I have been extra good since my blow out on Monday, so hoping the scales will be kind to me tomorrow. I'm at work today so no temptation to snack then going to the gym when I'm finished.
Tonight H is nightshift so I won't be tempted to have any booze and snacks and will be at the gym first thing tomorrow morning - making it 6 times this week.
B - Go Ahead bar
L - Soup and fruit
D - Ready meal or sandwich

I snack more at work with all the bloody treats people bring in! We had more peanut m&ms and maltesers & starburst yesterday. I also had a mini pack of Cadbury fingers after dinner last night. Ah well.
B: toasted bacon sandwich
L: fish & salad
D: Scallops, fillet steak with chips & bernaise sauce, crème brulee washed down with lots of fizz.

I had a really good day calories wise yesterday, was below. I think my body is starting to get used to not eating rubbish now! I weighed this morning and have lost 3 pound since Monday yayyy!! I just need to make sure I don't undo all my good effort over the weekend.
B - yogurt and banana
L - ham salad
T - not sure, something with chicken because that's what I've got out the freezer!
Well done SW on all the gym work. Belle your menu for today sounds so much better than mine!

Sorry not been on much this week. Lost a pound so healthy eating gone well. No exercise though! Need to get back to it. 11.3 now.

Frankie - well done on your 3lbs loss that's brilliant.
Trayloub - well done on your 1lbs loss you must be pleased.
SW - that's good to have been to the gym 6 times this week. Hopefully you'll have sweated off all that beer from the other day
Belle - I want to have your dinner tonight! My office is terrible for treats normally but the last couple of weeks its strangely been a treat free zone apart from one lot of birthday cake.
I had a good day yesterday. I used to weigh in on Fridays but I've switched to Sundays in the hope that it will stop me over indulging on treats on a Friday and Saturday which is one of my weaknesses. I've logged everything that I've eaten so far this week on MFP and hope that the scales will be in my favour on Sunday.
Breakfast: cereal and fruit
Lunch: not sure yet, probably some toast or maybe crackers
Dinner: homemade soup with bread.

Happy Friday everyone! Today I ate yogurt for breakfast and a salad for lunch. I also started going to the gym 5 days a week. My legs have been extremely sore so my dear friend suggested getting a foam roller. Needless to say I have had ZERO pain since starting to use it.
