I had a good day yesterday. I'm at work today then going straight to the gym when I finish. Tonight I'll be good as H is nightshift so I'll not be tempted to have a few drinks.

Morning SW, good luck with laying off the booze tonight - there's no way I could do it on a Friday night!
Weigh in for me last night and I lost another 2.5 lbs so that's 6.5 lbs in 3 weigh ins! I also won slimmer of the week and slimmer of the month. I am so happy! That takes me back to pre M weight. My next goal is another 10lbs off to get to the next stone mark and then we'll see when/if I get there.
Got my in laws arriving today for the weekend plus a meal out tomorrow so I'll have to work hard the rest of the week!

Sunday for me Belle, it will keep me on track for the weekend, hopefully I will have lost something and then treat myself with lots of goodies while we do our tree

Well done Morph thats great! I lost half a pound this week after being quite naughty. Need to be 100% on plan this week. If i can lose 2lbs i will have lost 10% of my body weight and be half way to goal. I bought my Christmas Day dress this week and it does look lovely but would look even nicer if i had a few less lumps and bumps! 4 weeks to go and if i can be really good i could lose another half stone by then....! Today's menu -
B - puffed wheat with milk and sweetener, melon and mullerlight
L - sandwich and Mug Shot
D - not sure yet but i might make a curry

I was fine yesterday, did have a packet of crisps last night as I was stupidly hungry but it was within cals.
