Morning, anyone weighing in today? I'm leaving my weigh in until Tuesday, I've been hitty missy for a few weeks but started again properly this week so I want to give myself a full week before I weigh in and it should keep me on track over the weekend.
Yesterday was a good day, went to the gym last night after work when I was so tempted to sack it. I'm at work today, one of the girls is leaving today and she's bringing goodies in which I'll try my hardest to resist, I'll make her put them somewhere out of the office. I'm off to the gym again after work, 4th time this week.
B - Go Ahead bar
L - Soup
D - Maggi chicken, new potatoes and veg.

I ahould be weighing in but after 2 good weeks this week has been not so good. This is our school half term and I had 3 days off to cover childcare which has resulted in much snacking and a McDonalds yesterday!. So I am not going to weigh in but am going to get back on track. I am also going to shred tonight if it kills me!
Good on you for the gym visits SW you really do well with your exercise - a great example!

Morning all, I weighed this morning and only lost 0.2lb this week - I'm just trying to remind myself that I tend to lose over two weeks rather than one, so should be on for a better loss next week. Might switch to fortnightly weighing from then too.
Today should be a good day, I've done the supermarket shop which is a workout in itself, and will hopefully walk to school and back twice as well. Should be well within my calories for the day as well.

AlsiT half term plays havoc with the dieting doesnt it? Our kids don't finish until next Friday so I need to be really good, even for the first few days of the holidays as we are off to Blackpool for Halloween and wanted to reach my target by then but not sure if I will - 5lbs to go.
Margot fortnightly weigh ins sound sensible. Well done on the loss, its still a loss.

Afternoon ladies. Margot, I seem to remember you had a good loss last week and you haven't gained this week so you're still on track overall.
I've had a rubbish week overall and I forgot about weighing in this morning but I can't believe I'd have liked the scales anyway. Will do better for next week.
Dinner will be homemade soup.
