Anyone weighing in today? I'm waiting until tomorrow.
I had a bit of a rubbish day yesterday, I felt starving all day so all I did was pick, although I was still within calories. I didn't have a proper meal at all yesterday, just picked and I feel bloated today, that will probably be from the toast I had for tea.
Back on track today in a last ditch attempt to get some weight off by tomorrow. I'm at work again today but am going to stay away from the biscuits. Going to the gym once I've finished work.
B - Go ahead bar.
L - Cuppa soup and fruid
D - Ready meal.

Well my scales dIdnt lie - 3.5 lbs off for me last night and I've broken the 11st barrier at 10st 13lbs. I am so so pleased. Especially after how p!ssed off I was last week. I was 10.10 when I fell pregnant with M so that is my first mini goal. I plan on being good all week but have an awards do to go to on thurs night which will mean I miss weigh in but I might try to find another group instead.
Bit of a lazy day today. I may pop to hobbycraft for some bits for a secret Santa I am making and I may try to get out for a little walk with M.
Just had scrambled egg and bacon for brekkie, nit sure about lunch and some sort of chicken curry for dinner then crack open the vino. I also might y to get to the gym this evening.

That's fantastic Morph, well done. Your mini goal is the same as mine, I want to be 10.10 for Christmas but I'm hoping to weigh in the same as you this week and see 10.13 so need to be extra good today.
Hope you manage to get out for a walk.

Morph well done that's a great loss!
I will be reporting for exercise duty next week. My body is asking for foods I'm happy to give this week. Going to enjoy the weekend.

Can I join, doubt I will do much weighing in but I seiously need to get back to excercising. Haven't done any decent excercise (only a daily walk with the pushchair and baby swimming once a fortnight) sine lat Jan when my buggyfit cass finished.
So first step I have signed up for a kettelball excercise class.
Have any of you come across a good home excercise DVD that I can fit in round discos naps?

Afternoon. I normally weigh in on a Friday but forgot this morning as we overslept so it was a bit of a rush.
Well done Morph, that's a really good weight loss you must be pleased.
Hope you stay on track today SW and have a good weigh in tomorrow.
Belle - sometimes you need to have a break from exercise (that's my excuse anyway)
Drifter - I've done several of Jillian Michaels (30 day shred as Belle mentioned, and others as well). They really do work to tone up and are only 30 minutes long (or thereabouts) so are quite easy to fit in. You can find bits of it on You Tube if you want to see it.
I'm still feeling focused even though I had a rubbish night sleep I've resisted the urge to eat rubbish so far today.
Breakfast was cereal and fruit
Lunch was ciabatta roll and snack a jacks
Dinner is salmon and rosti cakes with veggies.

I will check out the 30DS thanks Belle, I have done a bit of kettle stuf back when I was fit and used an occasional personal trainer so we will see how dead I am after Tuesdays class.
Debating if I want to return to jogging but it is always cold and dark by time H gets home very demotivating

hi, Just a quickie from me I lost 1 lb today- not as much as I hoped considering I randomly put on 1.5 last week but hey its a loss! Hope you all have a tasty weekend x

Sorry i have been rubbish at coming on here recently. Had a bad week last week and gained half a pound at weigh in on Weds. Back on track this week and following the plan to the letter. I have reached my interim goal of losing a stone by Christmas. Might even be able to make it a stone and a half if i am super good between now and then. Once i lose another pound i am half way to target! Feeling pleased that i have moved from "obese" to "overweight"on the bmi scale!!
Well done to everyone who's lost this week or been exercising! X
