Morning, anyone weighing in today?
I had a good day yesterday, stuck to the food I had planned and had a good session at the gym.
Today I'm at work again and will hit the gym when I'm finished, its hard work when its humid, not a pretty sight by the time I've finished.

Not weighing in but my measurements are the same as they were a week ago which is fine as I've been awful diet and exercise wise! I'm feeling more motivated now so will get back on it as of today.

I've put on the weight I lost last week, which is a bit gutting as I had lts weight yesterday, my weight seems to really change day to day. I have lost 1cm on waist and 2cm on waist so at least the hard work is paying off somewhere,
Took h to work so missed my window of doing challenges but will find that somewhere and will do a 3 mile power walk
Not sure about food yet not sure where will be for lunch... Feeling a bit deflated!

SW can you update the chart for me please? I did it last night, i lost my 1/2lb so i weigh in at 17st 11lb and i'm now 1st 7lb lighter or 21lbs I'm really pleased, it's not coming off fast, but i don't feel like i'm dieting, just changing my eating habits, which i guess is the best way to make sure it's manageable long term.
B - 2 toast & boiled egg, coffee
L - ham and beetroot sandwich and muller light
D - Chicken, new potatoes and veggies

Well done chids, that's great.
I've just gone and had myself a cookie, my willpower has disappeared recently. I must get it back, only 9 weeks until my holidays and want to lose at least half a stone.

Chids, well done! must feel even better after you expected a gain! I'm having a bad day, I'm feeling under the weather and can't stop snacking. Plus going to a friends tonight for a takeaway and wine, eurgh. I think I'm going to write today off and get back on it tomorrow. Hope everyone else is doing better than me - SW step away from the cookies!

Well done Chids! Stick with the slow and steady approach and you'll never feel like you're dieting. I always try to tell myself that I'm just trying out new recipes. It does help as I don't feel I'm denying myself anything much.
Happy Feet don't worry too much about the scale. It will fluctuate from day to day so don't weigh yourself too often otherwise you'll become obsessed.
Stay the same for me this week but that's OK because I ate loads at the weekend. Am feeling back in the zone, heading for a swim in a minute. Will do the ab challenge later.

Cedar, i don't feel like i'm dieting, i never have done since i started SW, in fact i probably eat more than i used to, i just eat better things, and it's working slowly but surely.
