Morning, anyone weighing in today? I've lost a pound since I last got weighed a few weeks ago so I'm pleased cos I've had a rubbish few weeks. I've been waffling on for weeks about wanting to see 10st something on the scales but it hasn't happened yet, I'm exactly 11st so I'm determined I'm going to see 10 something on the scales next week. My target is 10.10 for Christmas.

Well done SW! I can't go to WW this morning, a good thing probably as I've had a rubbish couple of days. I don't know why, I feel loads better when I'm eating healthily. Feeling determined now though as I want to feel nice for O's birthday in 3 weeks and all the christmas events coming up. Going to shred today.
B'fast - cereal, skimmed milk
Lunch- ham salad sandwich , fruit.
Snack- ww bar
Dinner- not sure yet, need inspiration!

Target is for when I finish work for Christmas on the 19th. Well done on the shredding, I didn't do much at the gym this morning, my whole body is aching.

Not done it yet SW! just put O down for his nap, when he's gone to sleep I'm going to get moving. I can hear him chattering away! I think the 19 Dec is very achievable, you can probably reach it before then.

I haven't been on the WL threads for a little while. I'm aiming to hit my 12st target in time for Christmas as I'm currently 12st 10lbs, so fingers crossed I make it!

i put a pound on when i weighed in on wednesday as i drank all last week on holidays but not going to weigh in again till next weds just to see what it shows
been very good all week, quite chuffed with myself that iv stuck to it and now aiming for xmas, did my xmas food shop list and was saying to h that we might not need as much crisps/cheese etc as i dont want to blow it, he was horrified
today: breaklfast - fruit and yoghurt
snack - ryvita and spread chesse - HEXA&B
lunch quiche, salad
tea - rice, left over pulled pork from last night, veg
i made SW pulled pork yesterday, OMG!!! it was amazing, i totally begrudged having to give H and the kids any!
