Well considering I just started eating again on Wednesday following my dental infection iv lost 2lbs but not sure if that's accurate due to mass starvation!
So iv 5 to go! I might just do it for hols! Eek fx but af due in about 10 days and I tend to put on a good 3/4 in the run up!
breakfast - yoghurt and oatbran
lunch veg rosti
tea chicken and chorizo salad

I put half on last night. But that's not too bad. I wasn't expecting a loss.
B - 2 toast & spaghetti hoops
L - Jacket potato and beans, muller light
D - home made burgers, salad

CP 5lbs is doable in the 6 weeks til holiday.
Chids that's not bad at all, and like you say you weren't expecting a loss.
I'm not weighing in really anymore, I'm set at 9st6lb. For me it's all about toning my tummy and thigh area. Last night I managed 80 squats with weights and 100 situps. I wanted to shred by the dvd player is broken grrr.

I have not done it before hols and not stuck to anything since the middle of May, but weighed myself last night and I have only put on 3lbs. I am getting back to it next week though, want that last 7-10 lbs away
Belle - if you're happy at 9st6 then that's great, it's obviously what your body thinks is your healthy weight. Toning is a much better goal to have.
CP - glad to hear your mouth is all better now.

Belle I think that's exactly what I want to do too.
Haven't been checking in much this week as been really busy and h is working abroad so been flying solo... Which actually is easier than having him here as one less child to look after! Haha
I have been good though and went to the gym Tuesday plus other long walks, and every day I've come in around 1200 calories after breast feeding and exercise.
I also managed to do up pre pregnant jeans, not comfortable yet but it's progress. Today the scales said 10st 3 which considering last Fridays bad weigh in actually means 4lb off! I wanted to be 10 stone by the time I went dress shopping at end of July- although this might be earlier now as blue water trip planned on 15th.

Morning all! ANother not weighing in and just being relaxed about it and toning up. Still want to shift some weight but not bothered as much.
Both kids up last night from 11pm-5am tag team throwing up so a lazy day here doing the washing! Yawn...

That sounds hideous 1st baby. Hope they are on the mend.
I forgot to weigh in, although I haven't been worrying too much about it just recently. Going to do the ab challenge later try and tone up some more. My stomach is definitely an area I want to see a lot less of.
Went shopping yesterday and could get on trousers in a smaller size. They were a bit too tight to be comfortable but none the less a year ago I wouldn't even have bothered picking them up to try as I know they wouldn't have been any where near fitting.
Breakfast was a slice of toast and some fruit
Lunch will be toasted muffins
Dinner will be pork chop and salad

Well done to those that have list. I weighed in yesterday and lost a pound which I was pleased with. Ive got 6lb to go.

Hello all! I've never ventured over to MD OT! I've lost 2.5 stone since Piper was born but I want to shift the last half stone. I'm not starting til my holiday is over (this weekend) but I will join you again after that if that's ok!!

I'm a bit off the wagon food wise but doing ok exercise wise. Yesterday ran 4 miles with buggy, walked 2 with buggy and dad! Then another 1.5 with pony. Today been for a good walk with both kids . Tomorrow will run I expect.
No weightloss this week but just got old shorts done up so clearly losing inches at least
