Hope you all fair better than me, 3lbs on this week! Not really sure what happened this week, weekend was rubbish but was good rest of week and easily within MFP cals, gah! I'm fed up.com

I am doing ok so far this week for dieting and exercise but have a feeling I might not see a big loss on Monday due to the muscles I have sprouting up all over the shop. I cannot recommend enough doing a Jillian Micheals workout 4 or 5 times a week. My ass and thighs are harder and smaller - hooray!! Still a bit to go but I think if I keep this up for the next 2.5 weeks I will be where I want to be.
C'mon NikNak some weeks there just doesn't seem to be a reason. Forget it for now and keep doing as well as you have done during the week. If you can make it over the weekend staying good fingers crossed those pounds will fall back off again.

Oh no, that seems like a big gain if you've been good all week, I can understand why you're fed up! Are you due on or anything? I bet if you weigh again tomorrow it will say something different. Sometimes I weigh as soon as I've woken up, then I have a cup of tea, go to the loo, weigh again and I've lost a pound lol.
I strayed a bit yesterday and ate chocolate. Just was so tired needed some energy!

I went out for dinner last night and had 2 big glasses of wine, steak with gratin dauphinoise, creme brûlée with ice cream
I shredded this morning which is my third time this week and hopefully I can recoup some of the damage. at least I was strict during the day I suppose. No idea on meals today, too tired to think.

Urgh I ate and ate and ate last night. No excuses. Haven't shred either. I'm going to enjoy this weekend and get back on it next week. I need to. It's June we holiday in 2 months.
Alsit the change in body shape from committing to Jillian is fab isn't it! I have shoulders, a collar bone and efined arms. Love it!

I have sts this week which is great after my blow out last weekend. Exercise hasn't played much of a part this week due to school holidays my bad back, I feel a bit guilty about it but I'm going to try and enjoy the time off and get back into it on Monday when hopefully my back is better.

Well, i had my weigh in last night and it was 3.5lb on. Which considering what i've eaten and drunk over the last two weeks isn't too bad. Just goes to show that some of the healthy choices i made whilst being away must have helped a little, and we did do lots of walking.
So i'm back on it!! I bought my 12 week pass, and my aim is for at least another stone off in these 12 weeks.
B - 2 toast, 1 egg & glass of apple juice
L - Superspeed soup & muller light
D - Chicken, rice and corn on the cob.

No Belle, i was ok with that. My sister put 5.5lb on, she was gutted!! She's not got so much to lose as me though, so it's not so bad.
