Im a little worried about my daugter she drinks and drinks all the time consequently im changing her nappy every 2 hours if I dont it litterally hangs off her. I am trying at the moment just giving her water rather that anything else as im worried she only likes the taste but she is still drinking quite a lot.
Im worried as she is 26 months and im really wanting to toilet train her in the summer but how do you train a child who on average must wee every 20 minutes.
Im so worries is this natural i mean she is healthy enough eats everything you put in front of her is not a stick insect but not fat but is very tall for her age (usually the comments are "isnt she big" which winds me up) and she is full of energy, should i be worried.

Glad she isnt the only one. We try and have a nappy free hour every night at its 50/50 if she hits teh potty. She does have an obsession with sitting on the toilet but just sits there doesnt do anything then spends ages wiping herself with tissue (obviously finding new things).
She justs likes to drink i guess, think I will just try the water thing thought and cut any juice out. xxx

well since i posted I have had her checked out cause she was complaining for ichyness anyway she is fine just got to keep her a little cleaner due to her drinking. Like the health visitor said if its going in and coming out its good. Also she knows we are trying to stear her in the direction of the potty and she has started holding it and letting go i one go either when nappy is on or in the bath so dont think the nappies can cope when she does this. xxx
