We have just been out in our front garden digging up weeds (Well i hope they are weeds lol) It looks so much better but a little bare now... have to wait too pay day to get some plants... but i would like some plants/bush kinda things that don't really need too much love and time... any idea's? I have no idea about plants or bush's or anything lol!

We have lots of alpines, particularly heathers, in our garden which don't seem to need much attention. Also bulbs are fab for some spring/early summer colour without any upkeep - they just need replacing every few years.

I'm clueless at gardening. When we moved into our house, I pulled up some "weeds", that turned out to be carrots. I guess they were weeds, as I didn't want/put them there...
We have lavender (I think) in our front garden, I haven't touched it, but it still looks good.
Told you, clueless.

You'll want to get perennial plants as they will come up year after year. I also have lavender as well as periwinkle, hebe, lupin, heuchera, phlox, 'Bleeding Heart' and some others that I can't remember the names of.
