Didn't know how to title this post but MIL is going in for hysterectomy today and won't be able to do much at all since she's home for 6 weeks. She has her husband at home but he will be working and her teenage daughter As well as my other sil who lives nearby. Is there anything I can send her to make life a bit easier at home? I was thinking of a food hamper but a useful one rather than just jams and coffee. she gets bored easily too so maybe something she can do??

I only sent chocolate and trinkets but send a thought was quite good. Not sure if they do what you are after though.

What about a shopping delivery?

This company does lovely home cooked style ready meals and seem to deliver to most places.
Or you could order some books and music and DVDs through Amazon so she's got things to do.
