I really don't know what to do. I've been growing my hair out for just under a year, it went beautifully glossy and quite thick during the pregnancy but now its started thinning out and going limp. I'm thinking of having it cut short (again) but I'm scared that when I do it this time I will instantly miss my long hair . Atm it is just scraped back in a pony tail permanently giving me a headache because all I've been able to do with it is wash it and tie it up. If I go as short as I want I can fingertip dry it and just straighten my fringe if necessary. Give me your opinions please lovelies
sorry the pics are so big! xxx

It really suits you short!!
That short style knocks 10 years off you. That is all.

my little sister has just turned up and demanded I get it cut too, I must look rough lol x
I like it short, it suits you more. Could you slowly go shorter rather than a drastic chop?!

How about a bob? I like it short.

I was thinking of a bob, I've had loads in the past, I may have to have a discussion with my hairdresser, I'm just stuck lol x

Well if you're only 27 your longer style is doing you a great disservice IMHO.

Luna, I don't think you look any older with longer hair. I just think the short look suits you as you have pretty features to carry it off.

I agree with WS - you've got lovely skin too which made me think you were about 25 (anyway 27 isn't old!) - your LO is still very young and it was only until the 4/5 month mark where I was able to start doing stuff with my long hair again (after all the hair loss). Anyway, I made the mistake of having my hair cut shorter after O and I looked awful - shite skin and short hair is a no-no, made me look older.

thanks sange thats really handy to know :) aww thanks WS and DS. DS its falling out in clumps, C had a clump in her hand which made me panic a bit. Looks like it'll be getting the chop come payday :D xxxx

The hair loss does ease up, I promise you.

Looks fab short.

I like it long in the first picture, but if you're only tying it up now anyway you may as well have it short!

thats the problem Michy-lou I love it long but just feel like its a waste. I can pretty tying it up with clips and funky bobbles but I'm getting headaches with it being up all the time, just a waste of hair lol x

Do you pull it really tight then? To give you headaches .. (..visions of croydon facelift..)
22/10/2013 at 09:44
no I dont its only loose, figured out the headaches are due to the babys colic and lack of sleep lol I just put 2 n 2 together and came out with 8 when I thought of always tying my hair up lol. I have no idea what a croydon facelift is hahahaha x
