I knew H's brother before I knew H. We used to hang around together, I didn't even know he had a brother because H was in the army. The year before my family have moved in across the road from his mam's house. He got out of the army and I started seeing him in the street and in the pub we all drank in.
We had what I thought was a one night stand and it progressed from there. That was nearly 13 years ago when I was still a teenager!!!

I knew who M was, we were out on NYE 2001 and I ended up in a pub with some other friends because my friend was ill, M was there with my friends stepsister and her BF. M was meant to go out with some other people, but hid from them and stayed in the original pub. We started talking there the rest is history

We met online.
I was just after friends, as i'd not long come out of an engagement, and a fling had ended in me having a mc, so wasn't interested in dating.
He was keener than me, and kept asking to meet. I kept putting him off.
We finally met in person after talking online for about 3 months. We became a couple that day, and 6 months later I was pregnant with J.

I was on a break from men having had a messy break up but I saw H absolutely hammered on the dance floor of a club, I thought he had a nice bum and cheeky grin so sort of shimmied into him! He asked for my number but I wouldn't give him it but took his.

I came to Liverpool to have a night out with a friend that had come to uni here. I worked with my now SIL and with me going out in her home town I invited her. She was seeing my now bil, him and H came looking for SIL, we met, bought about 20 rounds each and as they say....

We met through online dating in 2008. I'd just come out of a serious relationship that did not end well and I was looking for some fun. We moved in together 6mths later and got married in 2010.
Can't imagine life without him now x

Originally at uni but we never really spoke properly, we were just friends on fb. We each did our own thing for a couple of years then randomly got in touch. We spent a few weeks messaging and chatting in the phone and then met up.

We both hailed the same cab, had an argument about whose it actually was...he wouldn't get out, neither would I. So we shared it, the rest is history!

Munchkin I love your story!
I met H on the bus that took us to school. I went to a girls school and he went to the boys school up the road. I'd liked him a while as we were friends but I was with his best mate at the time.

We met in a proper seedy night club, far too much to drink means I couldn't tell you who made the 1st move. To ensure we met up again we exchanged phone numbers and I gave him my almost brand new and rather expensive watch ( that was an 18th birthday present from my parents) and he gave me some crappy wooden beads ( apparently they had sentimental value!!)
Luckily he didnt run a mile and pawn the watch and 13 years later we are still together.
My H was my boss. We both had partners at the time and clashed at work. One cheeky comment later and we were sneaking off for steamy snogs. Then H got another job and we split with our partners, got together properly and then 6 weeks later were living together.

I met my H at Oxford Dogs when we went for a mutual friend's 21st birthday, height of romance and class! We had our first kiss in the carpark that night.

My H worked with me, we were both with other people, that ended for us both and we ended up together

I worked in the same office as my H. He was married when he first worked there and I didn't really know him very much at all. His marriage broke up, and sometime later we were spending more time working on the same projects and it went from there. First proper kiss was after the Christmas office party (what a cliche!).
